i just went to a .6 nozzle now that's interesting learning curve going on here for sure. undecided on if i like or not. more prints will need to be completed

Does the filament pull freely? Like between the roll of filament and the extruder. Are any of the Bowden tubes kinked? Crushed? Worn through? Tangled on the spool?

Yes I pulled it out myself this morning. I will check the connection at the extruder as I did remove it there to clean the extruder gears.

Bypass the ams and go direct to the head as a test of just the extruder?
I assume the bambu can do that.

Fusion people that are better at it than I:

I’m trying to make a duct to replace this motor. 3” diameter, flange mount to a 90°, even better if the 3” tube for the hose was offset closer to the flange.

I’ve been trying the loft tool but I can’t seem to get it work right for me and I haven’t found the right video to figure it out. Any tips?
