I would be all over that "waste".They are actually tearing this concrete out...
We know.I would be all over that "waste".
wait until after the accident then point fingers how wrong they wereThey are gonna catch the pothole this time
These two dudes on the concrete saws have been going 9-0 today, no glasses, face shield, hearing protection or dust mast.
The safety guy is having a coronary but doesn't have enough balls to do anything about it.
that is a typical safety guy
big pavers make the muddy yard a lot better parkingI would be all over that "waste".
That was exactly my thought.big pavers make the muddy yard a lot better parking
Uhaul special...They are gonna catch the pothole this time

My fukkin thought exactlybig pavers make the muddy yard a lot better parking
can't say no to a free slab (well, cost of fuel, but he drives a pickup home from work, so haul it home a couple squares at a time)My fukkin thought exactly
don't you wish you had our retarded optimism you jaded fuck? Some of you boys look at things a bit different
How are you thinking of pinning it?so what if it ends up a lot bumpier than if it were poured and properly pinned together with rebar
don't you wish you had our retarded optimism you jaded fuck?
you can'tHow are you thinking of pinning it?
Your loss.
you can't
plop them down on a levelled bed of whatever you've got and let them be marginally better than mud
pay to haul?for what you are going to pay to get that kinda crap hauled, why not just lay in some nice 4" rock?
They can't.for what you are going to pay to get that kinda crap hauled, why not just lay in some nice 4" rock?
They can't.
They must spend hours upon hours and dollars upon dollars to do it wrong and not come out as good as doing it for not much more dollars and way less labor.
Not to you or I. But to some it does I suppose. It just dont make no sense
We are theorizing this stuff is going somewhere, it's cut in what appears to be a 2x3 grid. They are loading 9 of them in the rear of the dump trucks.I would be all over that "waste".
That's what I was thinking .I would be all over that "waste".
I was thinking a walk way or Spanish looking patio. If I rebuilt a slab from these it would be shitty but it would out last my grandkids.
It will get crushed and used as sub base on a future project. We are theorizing this stuff is going somewhere, it's cut in what appears to be a 2x3 grid. They are loading 9 of them in the rear of the dump trucks.
Supposed to have the new slab poured by Friday.
Possible, this is just totally different method than they used to tear it out the first time.It will get crushed and used as sub base on a future project.
I can tell you the idea when I remove old concrete for my buddy is that it’s easier to remove a few big pieces than a million smashed up pieces. Way less cleanup.Possible, this is just totally different method than they used to tear it out the first time.
This was more methodical. IT seemed like the bricks where better cared for vs using the excavator and ripping them out.
This has 11eventy billion more saw cuts on that 2x3 grid vs the previous 5x5 or so cuts.
