Showed up to clean the pool, and the fuckin water was GONE! 25K gallons disappeared from the week before.
Looks like the plaster finally failed around the light and shit just left....
This is not the homeowners primary residence, so I broke the news to him with this picture

So this super mall-crawler JK comes in, as I'm setting the rear lift arms I notice this here UNFUSED 4ga amp power wire poking out between the gas tank skid and the frame right where I normally set the rear pads. Put it up and check it out, there's not a ziptie anywhere on it, stuffed down the fender then over the frame rail, laying on the transmission cross member then draped through the gas tank skid plate. It was pulled fairly tight over a nice sharp suspension bracket in the rear wheel well before making the turn up through what I can only assume is a bare steel hole in the floor. This is the most recent one I'll have to go through my phone and find some of the other fucktarded shit I see.

Catching sailors sleeping during certification drills. Mind you these kids are EXHAUSTED as they have been preparing for these drills for months. Many many 12hr plus days. Then when we show up it's "hurry up and wait time".
I completely understand why they are exhausted. I always make it a point to get as many of the ships crew involved to publicly shame them before I make them shit their pants when they see an inspector waking them up.

When the customer has a friend who can do it cheaper. In this case it was the customer himself. When we pointed it out to him he made noises about fixing it (didn’t want to pay the labour for us to do it for him), then dropped the car back to us two months later for a service, it was still like this.
