Good Morning!
Very nice, beautiful welds.Exhausted
4" T304 stainless, all v-bands, et al.
Would be completely out the back, but I need one more 90.
I especially like the adjustable hangers

I figured they were short-term, this one's getting a pickup truck bed right?Cutting hangers on the laser tomorrow, thus the wire ties.
Thinking about this for a rear bumper:
Yeah, nice to get it all into place.I figured they were short-term, this one's getting a pickup truck bed right?
I think that bumper would look nice as long as the top is wide enough to stand on.

T409 still rusts... which is why we went with T304.oooo shiney! I'm getting ready to do full exhaust on my DD (at a much smaller 2.5") and went with 409SS just because I'm tired of doing this job since MD likes to salt my car every year. I'm not expecting my results to look nearly that good though, good thing the car sits low enough no one will ever know.
This is the thought, cuts on the red lines, with ties into the sides for the fuel filler and steps.I think that bumper would look good with just a little vertical flat on each side. That thin point just doesn’t quite work on a beefy truck. The interior is going to be Tits.
I'm an idiot, 304 is what I got. Non magnetic and supposed to be the best against rust.T409 still rusts... which is why we went with T304.
Are you building or buying? This is the thought, cuts on the red lines, with ties into the sides for the fuel filler and steps.
Trying to get widths correct now. Hummer should be much wider than my truck.
Buying and modifying, so that the bumper is below the steps. I plan to make rear nerf bars to protect the fenders. Are you building or buying?
If building, perhaps line up the end height with the steps (so the top and bottom at the end of the angled part match the step outside height/location)?

Do you really think this is the only one?I’m not sure I see that correctly, but it looks like weight will have lot of leverage. (Maybe it only locates it left and right there)
Something more like this might be more "old school" but that may not be the look that he is going for (was a 1967-1969ish F100 bed/frame made into a trailer)Eh, big square bumpers like that don't tickle me the right way. A classic trick that's intended to look classic should have a formed bumper imo.
I can get more. I am pondering cutting into the main strength tube, where it comes out at the fenders. That looks a whole lot better. Not sure if you could get anther 2”. Even 1” would be nice. Can’t see real good, did you slice some off the wheel well part yet?
I've stopped at their place in Prineville OR before, unfortunately the owner and his Travelall weren't there. I'm going to be getting a front and rear from them next summer for my one Travelall. Then some guy posted this:
Vintage Series No Grill
Check out the deal on Vintage Series No Grill at Buckstop Truckwarewww.buckstopinc.com
Which really has me thinking.
Got it back more:
Yeah, if they'd fit a bigger winch, I may have bought one.I've stopped at their place in Prineville OR before, unfortunately the owner and his Travelall weren't there. I'm going to be getting a front and rear from them next summer for my one Travelall.
