War Pig Version 12

Assuming you're going with the original dash (but modified), I'd go with the first style as the rounded lines match the rest of the dash better than the angular second set.
A yup, custom gauge carrier, Dakota Digital gauges and HVAC controller, custom 10" screen head unit, etc.

C10 ones are a style I like more but others look to have more info going on in the screens. Do either have option of a custom redline in the back lighting or anything like that for the diesel?

They're both customizable.

No tach in my tercel's BUT mine is a 97 and my old one is a 95m so no idea if it has an option for one.
That cluster fits a '94. I dunno if that will interchange for you. Let me know if you want it.

What does that have to do with this build?
:flipoff2:

Focus, Mr fucking ADHD.
I was gonna write up a bunch of bullshit about how you should hack it in there and use the dead space for switches but I figured that was obvious. :flipoff2:

Yah, like I said, ask about this or that and get something entirely else.

Black or White?

Your typical Irate answer: Tuna fish!

:flipoff2:

So, working on the dash and final'd the transfer case crossmember.

Have to take the cross member to the other shop to punch 5/8" slots into the mount that grabs those bushings. Also going to cut the lower mount and space it so nothing touches the t-case.

Still working on this, with the goal of running and driving, sometime this year.

Never liked how the LDT hood/front clip fit on this. After being told it's a MDT cab by the seller and a LDT cab by an IH expert, I finally found out why.

It's a Travelcrew (MDT) with a Travelette (LDT) truck front clip... and they do not really cross over.

I wanted to replace the windshield and be sure there's no rot, anywhere. Also cutting out the floor to go all flat, allow a real bed in the back for cross country runs. So we're swapping the cowl for a LDT cowl so that all my perty sheet metal fits correctly.

Nice! I didn’t realize there was that difference in the cowl shape.
If it’s a MDT cab, isn’t the floor already mostly flat?

No, they have risers in the floor for the double benches.

This would make most IH purists cry. We restored a valence we got here (on this board) ... it's a rare item, without rot. Spent 20 hours on it, hammer and dolly, etc,

Now what?

Cut it up to fit a high GVW Duramax radiator, condenser and charge cooler. This is after we templated it, to make rust repair panels.

Sweet! It was junk before you got it, cut away!

Just noticed the door panels, they look good too :cool2:

FWIW, I'm sure you've done it before on a build, but when I had my Scout someone sold crank handles that were retrofit with a knurled knob with bearing inside. Way betterer than the worn out OEM ones.

Thanks, this is getting power windows and locks.

thought I got lucky and found a base to build War Pig's smaller brother. but someone's already pending purchase

So, design concept is all OEM parts for wearable items, that hopefully match the major component they support. Like the cooling stack for the LB7.

So we're taking our time, using all OEM shit, including mounting pucks, hoses and coolers...

So nose fab is complete, we're cutting the panels for the cowl.... then it's on to doors and seat mounts. My son and I love this nose for a 4x4. We also plan a 2wd one with the butterfly cowl nose.

I do need a better set of headlight surrounds.

So the engine bay is all LM7 Duramax. Cooling stack and all.
