We’ve been smelling what smelt like cigarette smoke randomly at our house over the last few days. This is weird since neither my wife or I smoke. There are no neighbors nearby.

Today my wife called me when she left and said there’s smoke coming from the burn pile.

I burnt this pile on April 11, and have had several major rain storms since. Pretty sketchy this time of the year to have hot piles.

The picture is steam, not smoke. And I’m surprised how much pressure I still had with 450’ of mostly 5/8” hose.

coulda stirred it up and ran the leaf blower on it to get it going again, burn up the rest of what's left

shocking how long shit can smolder, you'd think it'd eventually choke itself out but...

Down at the lake cleaning out water lillies while the water is way down. Have to do it manually a little at a time, otherwise the Karen's on the lake will complain :(

When I was a teenager we used to scrape the beach w/ a tractor and box blade to keep it clean.

Working on figuring out my best cheapest route to slow this old craftsman wood bandsaw down to 125 or so to cut steel with it.

My gear reduction box motor test out bad but I pulled it out of the trash dumpster when I worked at a fab shop. I pretty well knew the motor was bad years ago but never tested it until today.

Might end up doing the mid pulley reduction setup. I got a shaft and 10” pulley that’ll work, just need to build off of that.

Got the saw like it is at an auction 8 years ago, it’s time to try and use it. Bought the stand from sears when they were folding up their craftsman tools.
