The ignorant don't forget, what does the washer do?

Just easier to get glued onto the bolt without glueing other important parts. Expecially if you use a lil smaller washer.

Then slap the nut on there however you want. Dont have to try and get things centered up even.

Always seemed to work a lil better for me that way.
