No link but get the Roloc stuff if you haven't already, all kinds of useful stuff. The bristle disc looks interesting, may work instead of wire. It's not M18, but I picked up the M12 90 degree die grinder. Pretty sweet little tool with a cutoff wheel or carbide burr bit on it. Does anyone have a link for some wire brushes that'll work?
I use a bristle disc all the time for cleaning off diff gasket surfaces, and stuff like that. Highly recommend. No link but get the Roloc stuff if you haven't already, all kinds of useful stuff. The bristle disc looks interesting, may work instead of wire.
Any 1/4" smooth shank will work. They don't like the larger ones though. It's not M18, but I picked up the M12 90 degree die grinder. Pretty sweet little tool with a cutoff wheel or carbide burr bit on it. Does anyone have a link for some wire brushes that'll work?

I knew it would be money because it's red but holy shit. I'm definitely out on that one.Price: $3999
different shade of red, but I've used the corded version of this to do things it shouldn't be capable of:I knew it would be money because it's red but holy shit. I'm definitely out on that one.
Not rated for overhead hoisting
Fair. I'm more a home/hobbyist user. Not rated for overhead hoisting
Oh I get itFair. I'm more a home/hobbyist user.
I've lifted the front of my heavy-ass 4400 car high enough to hang the tires. I've abused it. I winch until it stalls the overload. I wait for it to self-reset, and I repeat. It doesn't take long.Oh I get it
Exactly what I did with synthetic line.
Yes the price seems high. But for what it does and where you can take it. It's not for everybody. MY team at work compared to the cost is minimal when we need to get a 60 ton RTU Compressor in place on a roof.Price: $3999
whatever you get, make sure it is SDS max and not SDS plusI need a hammer drill. Mainly the hammer part for digging holes in the shitty dirk/ clay/shale. Are the m18 worth finding a used one? Otherwise Im looking at a few older Bosch demo hammer on Craigslist. I don’t NEED it cordless but if its close in price I’ll look at one
It’s for my side yard. Corded is fine if I can find a good older one. Just thought I’d ask about the m18 one. Definitely NOT a new oneI have the sds max Milwaukee M18 FUEL ONE-KEY 18V Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless 1-3/4 in. SDS-MAX Rotary Hammer (Tool-Only) 2718-20 - The Home Depot . If you don’t need cordless just pick up an older corded unit can and run it off a genny if needed. Cordless is nice but more of a convenience than a game changer with one, if it is for work and you are using it regularly spring for cordless.
My 1/2 fuel drill has that handle bar thing. I can still stall out the drill, the trigger feels any kind of binding and it just stops. That shouldn’t be normal
Just buy a Jeep with a Post hold digger attachment!I need a hammer drill. Mainly the hammer part for digging holes in the shitty dirk/ clay/shale. Are the m18 worth finding a used one? I've got a bosch sds max. It's a beast. I love m18, but I'd probably stick with the Bosch.I need a hammer drill. Mainly the hammer part for digging holes in the shitty dirk/ clay/shale. could also be the clutch not in the 'drill' position. i've accidently moved it off drill and thought wtf? a few times. What batteries?
That's what happens when you overcurrent the compact batteries. Try a HO battery and I bet it doesn't happen again.

if that drill doesn't have wrist snapping power something is for sure off.
