Today is a driving day. South along the western shore of Lake Huron to Bay City then south toward Toledo. Tomorrow east to Pennsylvania.

So we’re camped for the night in Port Clinton Ohio. No pictures today, just drove in rain and fog.

Maybe, we will be going south from Maine to S. Carolina. No set plans but might want to see the DC monuments.

Drove from Port Clinton, OH to New Castle PA. Then toured a scenic residential neighborhood to Slippery Rock. Then drove through the Allegheny National Forest to Warren PA. Tomorrow an 80 mile tour to Kinzua dam then on to NY state.

Thank you for your kind comments, she is a genuinely beautiful lady. So we will be in South Carolina visiting my father-in-law and then probably have an excursion have been to Kentucky to visit relatives up there so I’m sure will be traveling through Tennessee. Whereabouts are you? Are you close to Greenville South Carolina?

Im not.. born in orangeburg sc, have some family close. Im along the sequatchie valley in Tn between the sprawling metropolis of Dunlap & Pikeville Tn. Far enough north of Chattanooga that it doesn’t suck.
Crispins can put you on some majestic places in the smokies. Im a couple hours away & they were my escape until home became my escape.

I will be by the kinzua dam next weekend hunting. Great area down there.

Ha ha guess the jokes on me. I should’ve put my readers on, I missed the decimal point it was an 8 mile tour from Warren PA to the Kinzua dam. Then we drove into New York and toured the Allegheny State park. The park was cool but the drive between Kinzua dam and the park was awesome. Lots of colorful vistas of Rolling hills. Pictures to come but my wife took a lot of them with the camera instead of her phone so we have to find WFi to use the laptop.

We spent the night at the most ornate Walmart I’ve ever seen in Hamburg New York. This mothfockle actually has columns on the entrances. I didn’t go look but I’ll bet the same Walmart people are inside.

So I guess you can see I found a way to do the photos. I have a couple more to add here. Had to include those nuns, they weren’t on a bus and we didn’t kill them. This post shows a beautiful New York sunset

Today were going to go and have a look at Niagara Falls, then off to upstate New York.

After touring the falls we camped at the Niagara Falls Campground and Lodging. I was up til 2am doing laundry and helping my wife color her hair, just like Brad Paisley does to Kimberly Williams. Brad Paisley heaps on the humor as he colors his wife Kimberly's hair

Next day was a short driving day to the south end of Adirondack Park. Missed connecting with jeeptj19992001 due to rushing because of the short day. Also wife was paranoid he might be psycho. I told he what are the chances of three psychos being in the same place at the same time. She was not amused.

Today was a leisurely drive through the part from Utica to Malone. Fantastic scenery. Saw a fat marmot, the wife immediatly nammed him Chubby Chucker.

Yeah we call them ground hogs out west. I thought wood chuck was primarily an eastern name for them. That one was a fat sucker compared to the ones I've seen back home.

The days run together in my head.
Upstate NY from Utica to Malone was awesome.

Spent most of one morning in Malone trying to find oil filters for the gender and 8.1 vortec. Changed the oil in the Tractor Supply parking lot. On to Vermont.

Buy the way, there are so many Canadians in the Malone area, I was astounded. Geese make a lot of noise.

Drinks with salami, cheese, and crackers in Stowe Vermont. Black Car Porter for me and some shitty wheat ale for the wife. Cool little outdoor pub.

Just drove into New Hampshire, Vermont was great. We’re beginning to see some bare trees. Might not go as far north in Maine as we thought. We were thinking Moose lake area.
