Fuel go in moter gud?
Air in fuel has been a possibility for a couple reasons. Still haven't had time to tear down the lines.Looked at the fuel rail pressure or supply or air in the fuel or...
Fuel go in moter gud?
Yup.cold fuel more vacuum on the suction line more air intrusion
cold seals and hoses, same
Really can't complain. Accomplished enough today to make me happy. Those hose is pretty dang minor. Only took about ten minutes to pull it. I'm going to check out Hyspeco tomorrow. Looks like they will make a hose. O'Reilly's makes hoses, but I don't feel like letting them do it.Your song
That's not a regular hose with worm drive clamp? Looks like the one going to tank.Really can't complain. Accomplished enough today to make me happy. Those hose is pretty dang minor. Pressure hose between the pump and driver's side steering gear. I took the pic after I had pulled the fitting off the gear. That's not a regular hose with worm drive clamp? Looks like the one going to tank.
Thats what I was thinking, it was the return off the gear? That's not a regular hose with worm drive clamp? Looks like the one going to tank.
Once we're done with it.I think it’s time to put the truck up for sale and cut your losses . This thing has cost you far , far more money than it could have possibly saved you . Just my honest opinion .
Pictures of the breaker stone please!!! Maybe some of the pit your getting them fromOnce we're done with it.
Can do. Got my parts. Headed to the property shortly. Should be heading out for another load or two today.Pictures of the breaker stone please!!! Maybe some of the pit your getting them from
But..........at this point he already has sunk the $ into it. Therefore keep it because its sweet?I think it’s time to put the truck up for sale and cut your losses . This thing has cost you far , far more money than it could have possibly saved you . Just my honest opinion .
he should keep it to entertain usBut..........at this point he already has sunk the $ into it. Therefore keep it because its sweet?
. . . to entertain us . . .
As do I.I don't give a rip about the salt truck, I want the BUS complete.
Sure, but it allows us to do it all at our own pace. Most places have been booked out because they're all short on drivers. That sure is a lot of work and money to play dump truck driver.
Didn't you push around a Tonka truck all over the yard and pretend? That sure is a lot of work and money to play dump truck driver.
Being able to do shit when you want how you want probably saves you more time and money in the long run than paying someone.Sure, but it allows us to do it all at our own pace. Most places have been booked out because they're all short on drivers.
In certain situations I Will agree with you. Hauling large amounts of gravel it’s almost certainly cheaper to get it brought in on big trucks.Being able to do shit when you want how you want probably saves you more time and money in the long run than paying someone.
What's the upcharge if a ten-wheeler sinks to the axles and needs to be recovered? In certain situations I Will agree with you. Hauling large amounts of gravel it’s almost certainly cheaper to get it brought in on big trucks.
larboc deal where the pit is a mile down the road and he can load himself at anytime yes this works.
Over ten miles away with a pit only open m-f call the big trucks. I do the math every day of my life. There’s no way he can make 3 trips vs the one for less than the $100-$110 a hr we charge to drop it off.
Exactly why we're most comfortable with going this route. Not necessarily to save money at all, though.Being able to do shit when you want how you want probably saves you more time and money in the long run than paying someone.
I haven't penciled it out, but this is most certainly correct. Timing and terrain have been the bigger concern due to weather and our scheduling. In certain situations I Will agree with you. Hauling large amounts of gravel it’s almost certainly cheaper to get it brought in on big trucks.

That would be a motherfucker. That and I'm able to turn my single axle truck around in our clearing whereas a tandem would not. What's the upcharge if a ten-wheeler sinks to the axles and needs to be recovered?
Also, you get that DIY satisfaction. There's plenty I should probably farm out but we do ourselves just so we can set the project pace and know our land better.Exactly why we're most comfortable with going this route. Not necessarily to save money at all, though.
