Anyone have a water temperature sensor retaining clip and o-ring for a 2008 VW Touareg??

This u-joint clip should hold, right??

Any chance you could use safety wire?

I tried, it needs to be banana shaped inward to hold.

one of these guys. this is where safety wire wrapped all round in the grove, pulling up into the female side of the plug. , tape, maybe even epoxy to make it stay.

Of course that’s assuming the livestream shows the Stock Class racers leaving as opposed to concentrating on the 4800/4500’s already on course.

Brakes are fixed, steering is doing it's thing, and I think I have all the leaks resolved.

Install the doors, mirrors, vents, and driveshafts.

I might go for a quick shake down tomorrow at around 8:43, who knows.
