Back in the shop today fixing my mini. I think it has a blown head gasket. After that, work on the Tow-rag can resume.

Not to detrail too far, but that's Morgan Clark Designs, his latest youtube videos are covering the build on that thing for the Dakar. But that's way further along than I've seen it, badass.

That's the thing, it doesn't fit in any class. Not even close. This is just hype from the Instagram king.

I’m sure they’d create a class if the owner had a enough $ (which they probably do) considering desert racing is full of classes of 1-2 entires but they won the “Baja 5000”

The rear suspension is apart. I didn't like how it articulated, so I'm changing it. New link mount points everywhere, but I think I can reuse all of the links.. hopefully.

After that, I have to pull the motor and undo some lakebed temp fixes I made on the steering component mounting and reduce the bump steer.
