What's new

the youtube thread

I have been through there many times, it is still hairy even after they fixed it

About ten years straight we’d powerboat from anacortes wa, to dent island to go fishing and would run from denim bay down to Campbell river for gear and hit some different fishing spots down that way..... I knew I’d heard of, Seymour Narrows!!!!
That whole area up there is sketch with crazy tides and rapids!!!!

Is it just me or is there a youtube algorithm that pops a commercial in during a countdown?

I've watched ski race videos, videos where people shoot things, mythbusters, etc. Many of them have a verbal countdown in them. And that's when the commercial pops.

Here's two video's that are interesting for fabrication. I've had them open in my browser for a while, don't want to post everything I watch, but these are neat.

and a neat/simply fixture for bending metal. You can pretty much skip to the end, it's not rocket surgery, just a neat arrangement built from the garbage we all hoard. Edit: I just realized it's Fitzee, who had already been mentioned in this thread...anyway, enjoy.

I searched this thread, and Ron Covell hasn't been mentioned yet, although I'm sure all of you have heard of him by now since his last few video's with This Old Tony.

Anyway, for anyone not on the same algorithm as most of us, here it is, enjoy:

(it's always the small, simple details that blow me away. When using aviation snips, do a rough cut first to eliminate the majority of the waste, then when cutting to the line you're not fighting so much against a strong piece of waste. Brilliant.

Awesome!

Some you tubers mention in the videos how much they are making, some are raking it in.

The Chick living in the Bronco brought in 100k ( IRS took most of it). ( I like watching a good train wreck) :flipoff2:

Will Prowse the solar guy brings in something like 30k a month.

Based on their views the glitter bomb guy should be making 100x what they make.

Holy shit. Latest Ozzy man is awesome! First couple are meh, last few are awesome. :lmao:

Edit: Start at 2:00 is you have zero attention span.

Glad to hear you doing well and getting back to it.

Thanks got a smaller shop space than in the videos since that one was a huge 4000 sq ft almost twice as big as the largest shop i even rented before but focusing on my personal truck and gettting some more videos made. Have to weld up some trailing arms and install a sprinter bumper so will do videos of that to make instructions for any future customers

VGG is doing a budget blown sponsored big-block chevelle beater for a tire-smoke competition and it's his best work by far.

You need to see the paint job on this engine.

I think he's got inks in the vid for the whole series. The engine build was cool too, I think the Independence Chevelle is his largest series so far and my favorite on YT right now.
