As I recall, it's set up like a sled deck. There's ramps and a winch to pull the trailer up on to the frame you can see on the bed of the truck.how the hell did he get that pontoon up there?

Not sure, but it looks like the trailer only had 3 3500# axles under it, that's way less than the boat weighs.

I have seen a couple different setups like that. they use a winch mounted to the front that winches it up there. I don't know if its homemade or a bought setup.
