So will 1550 u joints work on the 250 350 knuckles or do you have to have the 450 550?

Just to be clear, this is for the rear sterling right? A 2011+ Unit bearing will swap onto an earlier 05+ axle and not change the rotor location, wms, etc?
If you are referring to the super duty front, the unit bearing will swap all the way to the 2021 front axle. The only change to the bearing on those is 2011+ when they changed to tone ring tooth count. All the 05+ rear sterling hubs will interchange without issue 2011 is when they went to 4 wheel abs and the hubs have a 55 tooth tone ring on the backside of them. Its the 99-04 that have different flange offset and would require finding a rotor that would match it.
Does anyone know the stock caster measurement on a 2005+ superduty?
Something that is easily measure either from diff cover flange or upper ball joint angle?
I think I want to add more to my RV, but I have no idea what stock is.

I thought with a horizontal pinion the caster was around 11* , could be remembering wrong, I just entered it into CAD the other day.

measured from where?
Noob question for the gurus.
Are the 2wd beam knuckles & C's the same as 4wd?
Could you bolt on 4wd unit bearings and use them for a custom build if you don't plan to use anything else from the 4wd axle?
Might be a way to save some cash, I think I read that they are the same in the other thread but maybe I made it up.

I thought 550ish.
well mines gonna be heavy as fuck with a truss, beefy diff cover, weld on hi steer, hydro ram mount, and all the fixins.
Mine definitely went from “I can move this” when cleaned off; to passenger side is manageable and driver side is “my back might not like this” with the truss on; to “yeah newp” once the ram mount went on

Can anyone give me a mesurement from the end of the tube or inner c to the wms on a 250/350
not the most scientific measuring but 12 1/2" from wms to inner kuckle flange, got it equal to both sides

Thanks
Awesome reference pic of the steering arm.
are you fabing up your own axle?
