Random stuff you made.

I'm debating whether to bend up some bars for the back like on the HF one to make it easier to slide into a pickup bed and need to grab a rubber bungee to hold the breaker in place. Otherwise the taller handle and larger wheels make it much easier to move around.
If you're doing more welding on it anyway, I'd add a couple gussets from the fronts of the tubes to the foot plate. They start cracking in that area with heavy use.

EDIT: also, that looks good :beer:

If your fence line crosses a body of water — be it a stream, creek, or river — installing water gap fencing helps to ensure that your farm animals cannot escape, while also acting as a floodgate that allows water and other items to continue to flow through.
