that's why double frames suck
And mounting the mud pump so it drains right on top of the bed frame with holes cut in it to clear the truck frame rivets in it didn't help
. Another issue was the 1¼" "conduit" welded to each cross member helped collect mud and rot them out. I just finished removing that too.

The guy I bought my mill from had it wrapped like that and hit a heavy rain storm between Miami and Atlanta. There was a milkshake coming out of the spindle for several days after we started using it! I had to replace all of the bearings in the head a month later

Took a vacation day to swap out a 42rle.... I'm not sure it was worth fixing this turd. Probably should've swapped in a 350 or 400. But didn't feel like fucking with the computer.
