That's a super duty
For the most part downtown Dallas is pretty freakin nice. The street I took that picture on has a bunch of high end hotels and restaurants and is super fancy but at the end of the road near the highway it gets shitty but not get shot or mugged shitty. If you want that head over to South Dallas on Lamar St and Cesar Chavez Blvd.
Depending on where you are staying and judging by the pics you post, you would like areas like Deep Elum and Greenville Ave. Lots of great restaurants, bars and live entertainment, my wife and I go on date nights to those places often. If you like Italian food Tirelli's on Greenville Ave is a must.
