EAST PALESTINE, OH — Government officials are warning residents of East Palestine to protect themselves from deadly health risks by making sure they've received the latest COVID booster.
"In light of the ongoing environmental and health crisis in rural Ohio, we are urging all citizens to make sure they are up to date on their vaccinations," said Ohio Health Department spokesperson Danze Pickleton. "The chemicals being spilled into the water and burned into the air are nothing compared to the deadly power of the latest variant XBB.1.5. Get your booster, East Palestinians!"
The Ohio DOH reiterated that it's essential to get vaccinated, especially if you are traveling to a new place after losing your home to a deadly chemical spill and are being forced to leave under threat of arrest.
"If there's one thing we care about here in government it's your health. Please get vaccinated," said Pickleton.
At publishing time, the Department of Transportation had recommended preventing future chemical spills by making everyone turn in their guns.

We all talk about what the government should not be doing all the time.
Well, this is one of the very things it SHOULD be doing. Yet it's either doing the wrong thing or nothing at all.

They made a decision to screw all those people simply because their numbers were low enough to sacrifice and insignificant in social value(white conservatives). This would never would have been allowed in an area with greater amount of people or greater political value of people(gay, black, etc).

And now a weather system is filling in and going to push the smoke and stuff east over the continental divide and dump this stuff into the Bay tributaries.

Back in the 80's worked at a PVC extruding company. One of the machines forward ball check stuck for some reason. The screw on the machine kept turning until the PVC burned and exploded through the material loading system. The building was around 150K sq feet. 300 employees evacuated from just the smoke. Every piece of metal that wasnt protected in a matter of hours was rusted up real bad.

This was only one machine. I cant imagine what the outcome of that community and surrounding area will be like. Seems like there must have been a better way to contain that spill. Foam it?

Buddy of mine worked at a PVC extruder in Denver in the early 90's. So you know how the operators initials, time/date/location are all printed on the pipes? He was re-insulating his well pipes in NM a few months ago and found his whole well is plumbed with pipes he made. :smokin:
