What's new

New Ford Duallys are 6+ months out?

on a Ford? i don't believe you.
Not mine but exactly how mine looked when I got it.

F150? Sure, sounds reasonable.

250/350? You're a fucking idiot.

obviously you don't believe the VAST majority roll around empty as King Ranch trim status symbols? they do. im not saying people here don't use them but sometimes the truth is hard. and you can see it by how ford has evolved their truck stance. level beds is what they put out from the factory because that's what people want.

some very little free market activity actually happens so it's tough to recognize but it's there

They have to eliminate the rake and make them level because the box sides are already 6' off the ground.

the XLTs definitely are setup like that. seems to only be in the higher trims

our '15 xlt had some extras on it and it set pretty level in the back

ford makes the f250-350 sit level from the factory because thats what consumers want, and 98% aren't and will never have more than 500lbs in the bed, or never tow a trailer.

its why when you see all the Ford's with any trailer or a payload, they're squatting heavy in the rear. my ctd 3500 srw has the most rake of any HD truck ive seen the last 10 years

Uh…. No, sir.

If I were a dumb boomer from the desert or left coast this would be the part where I'd tell you that you're naively projecting region specific buying patterns onto the whole nation. :flipoff2:

i can't hate a truck with a sun roof anymore than i already do. and that interior shot reminds me why.

we have lost our way
In the mountains we roll that sun shade all the way back and enjoy :flipoff2:

I could take it or leave it honestly but it hasn't been a problem for me.

my 2017 f350 sun roof was less than a year old and would not close back without my standing on door sill and forcing it while simultaneously pushing the button.

dad doesn't open the one on his '15 F150 anymore. gave it nice attention, good high quality seal moisturizer/grease, etc. Aint worth the risk i guess

There are a lot of 8 foot bed crew diesels in my area on lots, apparently.

There are a bunch around here but still very limited trim levels.
