Headed to the ER tomorrow AM. Urine sample came back offscale for e coli count.

Holy jamicheal. Wuts up w/ that?

We had an e coli outbreak here in the RPQ area recently, several sick hospitalized, one death. Restaurant (greens) are suspect.

Dammit man, I hope that you get it taken care of quickly.

I want to put a positive on your event. Think about this - if you had been swinging some 8-inch casing at work or coming down a 10% grade in your rig. You got hit at the best possible place, your home. Make sure your cell is ready and you cand recognize the DR or lab which could get mixed up and not recognized with all your porn and whatnot :flipoff2:

Your doctor and porn are not one and the same?

Hey Trampas, in December of 2020 I weighed 240lbs, I now weigh 170lbs
Fully dressed on a scale that came from my great grandfather's store. I went from an xl shirt to a medium and from 34 waist pants being tight to 30 waist pants being loose.

Iirc correctly, you're not tall?

Back when you weighed 240 in dec 2020, were you 240lbs in years prior...

Between 200 and 240 for the 11 years prior.

I take a lot of ibuprofen on and off, for the headaches.

No facial drooping this morning, I'm not sure about yesterday.

Be sure and share this with a Dr, and be as specific as you can when you do. Drs like a competent historian because self-reporting is a lot of what they go by when rendering recommendations. Omitting health history details sounds cool but in the thick of heart health / strokes, it isn't funny at all. Just sayin...

How long have you had HA problems.

Fuggin covid…

But has anyone mentioned vertigo? I’ve never had it, but when I first met my wife, she warned me if she ever had any shit sort of similar happen to her, call 911 and mention it.

Wow. Don't keep this from a Dr, let em know

When, what age, did you start treating them w/ prophylactics? (Tylenol, ibuprofen etc)
Forever. When I was a kid I took grape flavored pain medicine.

I've been taking vitamins for a little less than a year that have really helped cut down on them.
Magnesium

Riboflavin (vitamin B2)

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)

Omega-3 fatty acids

Seems to be helping too.

Plus
Vitamin c, immune health (I hope)
Vitamin e, immune health (I hope)
Vitamin b12 it tastes like cherries
And a mens multi Vitamin hopefully covering the rest:homer:

Dang man. Hope you get stuff figured out.

My wife has had bad headaches for years. We’re now seeing a pain specialist. She doesn’t have migraines, but daily headaches. Her muscles are so tight in her shoulders and neck that they’re causing nerve problems and headaches. It might be something worth looking into.

Another thing, she has taken ibuprofen, Tylenol, etc. for years. You have to ween yourself off of them or you will have rebound headaches.

Magnesium

Riboflavin (vitamin B2)

Those 2 are good choices. With magnesium the best choice would be glycinate or bisglycinate, not oxide or even worse, stearate. Magnesium citrate is a fair option, but glycinate is easy to find and is the best magnesium because it's easier on the gut/and better absorption.
