Changing the sex of a kid is not "the doctors office". I realize it happens there... We've been tricked into believing this is a service offered by the medical community... but it's not a service. It's abuse. It's criminal abuse. I'm not advocating the law oversee medical procedures, I am however fine with the law arresting medical workers that blatantly abuse people. Which is exactly what is happening when a doctor chops a 10yr olds dick off. Abuse. Criminal abuse. Mutilation.


We'll just have to agree to disagree. I cannot ever view this "procedure" as a standard care practice.

Who do you want being the final arbiter of your child's moral decisions?
Either it is you as their parent, or it is someone else (probably as a distant bureaucrat).

How about abortions? Should your 15 y/o daughter be able to get an abortion without your consent, or even knowledge? Should parents be in charge of their minor children’s healthcare decisions?

Can we let that be the child, when they reach that randomly determined age of life altering decision making?

The industry would drop off substantially without the parents who push this on their kids for facebook likes.

Children cannot make their own decisions, basically everyone realizes this.

Either it is the parents of that child making the decisions, or epstein island patrons making those decisions for the parents. There ain't really a third option.

That's what I'm kinda getting at. No decision but not right now are made before 18 or whatever. Parents abuse restricted, pedo overlords don't regulate.

Timmy wants to be Tina at 5yo. Tells Dr dicomeoff, and Dr makes appointment for consult when Timmy is 18.

Best I can apply my morals while keeping freedom.

All I'm saying is that these vaccines are life saving medical treatment that cannot wait that long, and questioning the settled science is child abuse.

I think drag queen story hours are weird, but I also think parents should make their own decisions about their children's upbringing.

I’m embarrassed to have ever said
that I’m a libertarian with these faggiest of fags taking over my spot. I used to think I was a libertarian but now I don’t know what I am. I am not this, these are not my people.

This is the moment I have to admit that the conservatives were right - ARE right in that if you let these gays get married and have their parades the next step is recruitment. And recruitment starts with kids. I wanted to think better of people than that.
 
Today I learned that Libertarian has a party? I always assumed it was a belief or mindset.

Also as much as we want to be free, 99.999% of people are incapable of real freedom. Look at us now and we are the most free people in the earth.
 
I don't give a care what you do as long as you're not harming anyone else.

Parents cutting their kids dick off is harming someone else. But I get it, the left takes that statement and could say they agree with it, but might also view auto makers and requiring safety laws as protection from harming people, for example. So that's all on a sliding scale.

No, my 15yr old should not be able to get an abortion without my consent/knowledge... and yes I think parents should be in charge of their minor children's healthcare decisions.

The libertarian PARTY is only about the mindset, because it's powerless.
The second that there is any power in being a "L"ibertarian (Big L libertarian) then you will have the same politician vying for POWER as any other party, and in an election cycle, they will be just like everyone else.

People don't get that.

They also don't get what happens in the annals' of governemnt, and how powerless 1 vote is. To get ANYTHING done you have to "caucus" with the Democrats or the Republicans" . So, to be on a committee or to be a committee chair, you become a de facto member of the evil 2 anyway.

Look at the 3rd party or "independent" elected officials:
Angus King ... Caucuses with the Democrats
Joe Lieberman ... Caucuses with the Democrats
Bernie Sanders ... Caucuses with the Democrats
