Exactly. Remember when Screwy did that in 2015. He changed his party affiliation to republican so he could vote for Donald Trump in the primaries. Thinking that D-T as the republic nominee was a sure win for Hillary Clinton. He bragged about it up until D-T won, then he has a pretty entertaining crying fit about it later. So we all know one democrat who has done exactly that in the past.

On dude being a registered republican, as others said I wouldn’t be surprised if he did it to vote for haliey or someone not trump because it’s a closed primary. He also supposedly donated to a progressive superpac, a bunch of the pictures, mainly the one with him on the demo ranch tshirt aren’t really the shooter. They are someone pretending to be him for internet points.

Question for you long range shooters. They said the distance was 130 yards. I know I can hit a quarter at that distance easy with my rifle, but that’s with a grand worth of scope. I could probably make a head shot with my red dot, but not as confident. I do not consider myself a sharp shooter. Do you guys that do, would it be easy to make a head shot at that distance with iron sights?

Imo it’s amazing that trumps not dead. Anyone with decent training should be able to make that kill shot easy. Now with adrenaline and knowing your going to get return fire maybe it’s not as easy but I would almost say trump is only alive by grace of god and should be counting his blessings and I’m far from a religious person.

Not a head shot on a live target, but I watched my friend shoot a 8" plate 10 out of 10 times at a lazered 200 yards with a m1 carbine and iron sights.

I'm not a trained shooter. I'm not even a well practiced novice. I was able to hit a bowling pin pretty reliably at a 100 yard home range with an iron sighted mosin-nagant while standing. It had been at least 8 years since I shot a rifle that day.

I haven't shot my iron sighted AR at that distance, but my AR is much easier to shoot than that M-N. I'm much more accurate with it at shorter distances. I can only assume that translates to longer shots too.

I'd say it's very plausible for anyone who has shot a rifle at least once in their life to do exactly what this scumbag is accused of. Especially if he had at least one practice session recently.
