I have never shot at a human, but the closet scenario to what happened I’ve been in was a deer trying to chase a doe but didn’t want to come out into the open. He kept popping in and out of the brush for < 1 second intervals, spinning around, it was not a typical calm hunting situation. Distance was over 150 yards, I was sitting in a climber with my foot up on the upper rail, and elbow on my knee as a rest. Was able to send a round and hit my point of aim.

I have zero formal rifle training, but my range requires you to shoot a 1” 3 shot group at 100 yards, sitting at the bench, to use their 400 yard range. I have done it with every scoped rifle I own, and without wind and mirage shooting at 400 from a solid platform isn’t difficult. The first time I did it I ranged the target, dialed my scope, and hit 1” from my point of aim.

Now let’s change the scenario and say you were hunting bear, sitting on the ground, and the bear was 50 yards away. How do you think that would play out?

Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX), who prior to his election to the House of Representatives served as White House physician for both Barack Obama and Donald Trump, stated that his nephew was shot and wounded in the assassination attempt on Donald Trump during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday. Jackson's nephew was grazed in the neck by a bullet from the would-be assassin’s gun.

My nephew was injured at the Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Thankfully his injury was not serious and he is doing well. My family was sitting in the front, near where the President was speaking. They heard shots ringing out — my nephew then realized he had blood on his neck and something had grazed and cut his neck. He was treated by the providers in the medical tent. Thank you to all those that have reached out to check on him.

Please join my family and me in praying for all who were injured and the life lost.

The President and the survivors are lucky to be alive.

Jackson elaborated on the incident in an interview with Sean Hannity. (Comments are edited for clarity.)

My nephew was at the event. He was in the “friends and family” (area). They heard the shots, and everybody dropped to the ground. He was grazed in the neck and was bleeding. My sister-in-law encouraged him to go to the first aid tent.

There was someone four or five rows behind them who was critically injured. He was in the tent with my nephew. Unfortunately, the man was dead.

Jackson commented on Trump’s wound:

That is as close as it gets to dying. It’s (a matter of) millimeters. If he (Trump) would have turned his head, the bullet would have crossed his brain.

Jackson added:

I know his Secret Service detail. They are the best out there. I have questions about their leadership, but not his detail.

I realized I was one of those dummies wheeling once near the cartel highway in az. My group was standing on the top of a burm figuring out where we were going to go. Someone started shooting in our direction.

I stayed put while trying to see where the shots were coming from. I glance to my left and there's no one. I glance to my right and there's no one. I look a little behind me and everyone in my group is flat on the ground. That's when it occured to me it may be dangerous to be standing.

It takes me about 5-10 minutes after a dangerous situation for it to hit me. Sometimes it's great to be calm, like when I was a firefighter. Other times it's not, like when some dipshit is shooting towards a trail with no back stop.

Working at the airport, I was the highest ranking management at our location when the Secret Service came to visit. I’d give it a week for the Alex Jones’s and the like to have the whole story put together before believing it. There’s people digging DEEP on the doxx right now that will be coming out in a few days I’m sure of it.

Possible scenarios, correct me if I’m wrong.

1. secret service scouts area and misses roof within 300 yards of trump, doesn’t have anyone around that group of buildings. Guy finds the group of buildings ss missed and doesn’t have anyone around, takes rifle and scales building before shooting trump. Ss ignores bystanders for 30 seconds to a minute in order for guy to get shots off.

2. secret service scouts location, makes a plan doesn’t get enough agents and does the best with what they have in non ideal circumstances. Most people not on alert because in “trump county”. Guy finds the group of buildings ss missed and doesn’t have anyone around, takes rifle and scales building before shooting trump. Ss ignores bystanders for 30 seconds to a minute in order for guy to get shots off.

3 . Secret Service knows what’s going on and is in on the hit, maybe only a few people but enough to set the stage. They only have to delay actions for a few moments in order for the guy to take out trump, they are understaffed as it is. Plan is to let guy shoot trump with a headshot on national tv and then take out the guy letting the news/state paint the picture it wants about the guy and the situation.

4. Since trump is former President, his SS detail is light and filled in with private security and local law enforcement. A sympathetic person or bribed individual that was assigned to watch the building conveniently looked the other way for a few minutes.

From what I’ve seen he donated to democrats and his social media was flooded with liberal propaganda. What makes the most sense to me, is he registered republican to vote against trump in the primaries. At 20, he wouldn’t have been able to vote last time. He knows Biden is a lock as the incumbent president. He knows it doesn’t matter your party affiliation on the presidential election and you can vote for whoever. Primary you usually have to be registered with one or the tother and can only vote on the ticket for that party. So, strategically speaking, if you register republican, you can vote for anyone but trump on the primary as an attempt to get him removed from the running before the race even begins. I’m sure plenty of folks attempted this.

Voter registration is pretty easy to find. But it also pretty much only tells you what box was checked on a voter registration form. I know plenty of people whose voter registration doesn't really reflect their current views simply because they've never bothered to change their voter registration.
