Pretty much beef and eggs, some pre made ground beef and eggs scrambled (with non sugar hot sauce, I like sriracha) for lunch and get home from work and cook a steak. ususlly A big fatty steak, keeps me full and satisfied till the next day at lunch, not even a big cut, like a 10 oz sirloin with horseradish for flavor, wouldn’t even call it a diet, I really enjoy it and zero cravings.Animal based diet?
18 isn't a big deal, it's those next 5 and possibly the knowing that you aren't going to eat for another 5 hours.
