i did three days, it was really not that big a deal. i was 260 and said this has to go. it sure is cheap loosing weight. im 242 in work boots fully dressed. i need to drop 20 more but i drink too much.

I'm starting to feel really wore out around 1pm, myself.
I eat between 6-7 and try to get in bed between 8-9. Same thing I have trouble falling asleep but I also consume copious amounts of caffeine each day .Brain fog and exhaustion was hitting me hard yesterday but doing better today.
My eating time is
4-5pm and get to bed time is 630ish and ive been having a hard time falling asleep with the energy boost the food is giving me.
Ive been having a bottle of either unsweetened or raspberry lipton ice tea around 2pm wich really seems to help.
My GF and I have been doing the Keto diet with intermittent fasting for 8 weeks now. I have done several 24 hour fasts in that time, but only once every couple of weeks. I've lost 20 lbs since we started. I'm at 234 right now and I want to get down to 225, which is still pretty fat (I'm 6'1"), but I'm comfortable at that weight. It's been nice getting back into some clothes that weren't fitting 2 months ago.

Are you eating a low carb diet when you're eating? Orders of magnitude easier to fast when you're low carb.Animal based diet?
18 isn't a big deal, it's those next 5 and possibly the knowing that you aren't going to eat for another 5 hours.
