ESG scores

The company that bought my employer last year has a bunch of ESG related work and a huge DEI department. At least I don't work in that area, but after nearly 30 years at this job I have come to like the total compensation and the ESG/DEI shit is making us a lot of money. Plus any place I could make the same money with the same perks would be into ESG and DEI anyway.

I admit that I am a bit of a sellout as I greatly dislike ESG and DEI. I'll feel better when I can "retire" and disassociate myself from the BS.

My fiance works at an animal rescue facility and they was a proposal to consider the pronouns of the animals and what they would like to be called instead of going off their gender. :confused: The executive director is all about it and on board.

Hire 1 programmer, or hire a photographer, their assistant, and pay the modeling agency. It’s a business decision not a racist/woke one.

Kinda how demanding $15 an hour for burger flippers worked out. You are only worth what someone is willing to pay you. Become too expensive and a cheaper alternative will be found.

Give it a few years and you will be able to upload yourself as the model and see how you would look in the clothes. Suddenly the job prospects for models of any kind starts shrinking drastically.

I'm thinking a full body scan with exact measurements and full 3d movements. If you can guarantee a perfect fit every time you would make bank selling clothes online. You could even custom tailor stuff without having to meet the client.
