In what is shaping up to likely be an extremely close election even a point, hell half a point can be the difference. That's saying one out of 100 or even 200 people. Those people just have to be on the right states. Four states were decided by less than 1% in 2020.

You know when you have a sports team you really like and you cheer for them and wear their hats/jerseys and want them to win and then they go out and just suck and the other team wipes the floor with them? It's starting to look like that. You will still probably wear their stuff and root for them, but you're gonna call them a bunch of bums when they lose.
Only problem is there's no "next year" for this sports team.
Oh, and their performance actually has an impact on your daily life.

Just like post this debate, Trump walked into the reporter shark pit after and Harris went to a Harris watch party. That's a huge difference, shows how insulated she needs to be and how he welcomes confrontation.
Same as people watching the debate and saying Trump has no plan, vs people watching thr debate and saying Trump highlighted the reality that congress has a huge role and all the promises "plans" are bullshit.
"He won't answer about abortion!" He did, said it is a non situation. Highlighted with the affordable care act stuff and the college loan forgiveness stuff.
Clearly he is far more reasonable and presidential, when they've both got "equal" experience in the seat. Harris was just a tag line suit, but she looked at the camera better and made known nonsense campaign promises. Which makes her more presidential, apparently

The few point sway is what was said about 2020, and Trump made gains in many areas. They didn't matter, the dozen cities were magically aligned just enough to give biden the win.
Same this year, Trump could exceed 2020 percents with black/jew/Hispanic/indian/women/whatever group across the country. Those same cities will again magically get a high enough turnout to deliver it across.

Real clear politics still has poll averages showing Harris with a <2% popular vote win but with Trump as a electoral winner
itll only be close if the Dems underestimate the number of ballots they need to fake/forge. They made that mistake in 2016, didnt make it in 2020, wont make it again in 2024.
Joe "got" 81 million votes. Kamala is going to get almost 90 million.
Trump will go down in history as a former president who got more votes than his previous run 2 times in a row. and he will still have "lost".

regardless, they present good, accurate and varied source information.Trump isn't tanking, he is slowly increasing. Since dropping biden, Harris has increased significantly.
Slow increase isn't enough to dominate or gain victory. Harris would need to drop significant, if she hides out and plays it safe, so be it. If people wear out in that image, there's a better chance she drops enough for it to matter. The enthusiasm of simply dropping biden needs to wane. Maybe enough time left, maybe not.
Otherwise, will turnout be low enough that fraud can soak up all those empty ballots and people won't notice
