Aliens are confirmed?

The big if as far as alien visitors goes is time. in rough numbers the Earth is about 4.5b years old, life first appeared about a billion years after that, and the first real human civilization was only 6,000 years ago, so there very well could have been visitors during that window before or after life here first emerged, but the chances that it happened only since the first civilization appeared, is vanishingly small. OR, they keep coming back, OR multiple visitors from multiple parts of the universe at multiple times. I'd love to know.
There is evidence of continuous occupation of a place in PA for 19000 years.

Just curious guys...what does any of this convo have to do with aliens? Or lack thereof?

Interesting stuff tho. Keep it going.
Some stuff could have been man made back then, but other things there is simply no fn way. Super sharp defined corners or mega ton boulders that lay soo flat you cant get paper between them. Doing that work today would be a pita.

I USED to really think aliens and such built the pyramids and other structures.

There was a video posted on here that convinced me otherwise. It was like a 3 hour video and they totally explained the entire Giza pyramid build. I will dig it up and edit this post with the link...

Edit: here is the post: In the vein of ancient apocalypse.

and here is the link to the vid:

for me it just emphasizes how young of a species we are. we dont know shit. we cant even decipher the history of our own planet. To assume other species in the universe are limited to "our" laws of physics just doesnt add up. We could build amazing megalithic stone work 15000 years ago but we cant today. To think a species that is 2 billions years old cant hop through dimensions or worm holes isnt too far fetched.

maybe they come visit and monitor us because we are an experiment.

I know it's very very long, but watch the vid that I posted above.

I think today we have too many rules, regulations etc to do something like that today.

Plus, we waste a lot more time today than we used too.

How much time do you spend just on IBB alone each day?

I've heard quite a few arguments against aliens visiting us talking about how long it would take them to travel here without violating the laws of physics..

^^^ That right there.

Thanks for the video I have to watch it when I have the time.

The official explanation of the pyramids being built by quarrying, floating the 2.5 ton (average weight) blocks down a river, and then shaped and placed onto the pyramid seemed unrealistic to me. I know slave labour can sure get lots done but:

The great pyramid of Giza
Time to build 20 years
Number of blocks 2,300,000

2.3million /20 years = 115,000 per year
115,000/365 days in a year = 315 blocks every 24 hours.
315blocks /24 hours = 13.13 blocks every hour. That is placing a block every 4.6 minutes 24/7 for 20 years straight!

The Egyptians had crazy good logistic skills! Or is my math wrong?

Question- where did you get the 20 year time frame?

IIRC the vid I posted above illustrates how it took 13 years and only a few thousand people. And it was all concrete. NOT real stone,

So basing timeframes on hearsay. Not the strongest evidence.

:flipoff2:

How do you think a lot of history is determined?

With all the hieroglyphs and we'll recorded history of the ancient Egyptians you'd think they would've made a mention or two about the building of the pyramids, but nothing. Then there's all of the water erosion evidence fr the walls surrounding the Sphinx. Honestly there's probably a decent chance that the people we think of as the "ancient Egyptians" (dynastic period) didn't actually build them.

The age of cleopatra is closer to our time than the time of the pyramids.

History = "His-Story"

Or maybe better said:

soooooooo

Still no aliens huh?

(other than the humans illegally crossing the border, with welcoming arms, of course)

More like demanding arms. Google the illegals staying infancy hotels and see what theyre complaining about. Fucking scumbags.

I've heard quite a few arguments against aliens visiting us talking about how long it would take them to travel here without violating the laws of physics.. even if they could somehow pull off faster than light speeds, it's still really far. Perhaps they've been coming here all this time and the "all of a sudden" humans sprung up, and what we're seeing are those that haven't got word there are smart apes with guns and radar and missiles and nukes and stuff now. They're on their way to see some dinosaurs and... surprise! Airforce!
One of the proposed solutions for long distance space travel is to find a way to bend space so you don't have to break those laws. Massive objects already do this. If you are able to bend space and bring yourself closer to something else by constraining that effect to just your immediate space, then faster than light travel isn't needed as you could theoretically cut the amount of distance needing to be traveled down to whatever you want it to be. We don't have this tech of course, but maybe they figured out how. Essentially how a worm hole works, a very specific piece of space is bent and brought way closer to another piece of space so you just instantaneously pass from point A to B which could be immensely far apart. Now toss in spooky action at a distance (quantum entanglement) and maybe this is the way you can manifest such a thing so far away without ever being there.

For the record, this is basically how Lazar described these things as working.

The wife showed me this last night. Hers proof for all the doubting Thomas :flipoff2::laughing:

I like to think that it’s not that we can’t build giant megalithic structures, it’s just that we don’t want to any more. It’s not that long ago that people were building huge structures that took decades to complete. There’s castles and cathedral all over Europe that took generations to complete. Today we want quick fast structures so that we don’t outlive the construction of our own houses.

I also like to think that if we were populated by aliens, perhaps one reason they haven’t come back is because they either annihilated themselves the same way we nearly have, or they were destroyed by another invading alien species and we’re too primitive to be worth the time, or maybe even they were destroyed by a supernova, gamma ray burst, or maybe something as simple as an asteroid impact, so there’s no one left to come check up on us.

At one pint Dr. Greer said the aliens gave us essentially an ultimatum stating that if we don't get our act together....they are gonna take action...

It's interesting how the aliens always have a humanoid figure. Two eyes, nose, mouth, bipedal, etc. If they're real those biological traits must not be unique to life on Earth or "they" have genetically engineered the life on Earth.
