The nv4500 is falling together just fine.
I farmed out the backlash and Jess at High Angle Driveline completed the hybrid bearing retainer just in time to assemble it.
The 1995 case was blasted and jet cleaned and has a new countershaft cluster gear from quad 4x4 and new bearings for the reverse idler gear.
The rest came off the 96+ series 2001 transmission.

Next purchase is the quicktime bellhousing.
