You can weld sheet metal with 030. it looks like you are cold. I often run the settings for the next thickness up of metal when stacking tacks. Your first pass you welded in small straight sections. Just commit to real hot tacks with 030.

I like your patch panel fit up.

adjustable inductance is absolutely THE SHIT for doing wierd shit
Turn it way up and your puddle's fluid and drippy, drop it down and it stacks metal up without too much penetration

Your hand looks normal, except for the missing thumb and the three fingers that look like baby dicks. The hand of O'l Memphis doesn't even look human. It's almost disturbing really.:flipoff2:

Already modified the new tools 😂
I trimmed down the 45° angled one to get into tighter areas and already benefited from it.

These are 0.125” pieces of copper btw. Not bad and they have some good weight

How much would it cost to buy pipe like that? These cost me $50 so I didn’t think it was worth my time to drive around and track material down
