Could be, might be real. Big tech companies blow all sort of dumb money on feel good positions and employee perks. At least until the rubber meets the road. Its really easy when your stock valuation has zero to do with your actual profits.

But it also reads like it could be fake. How it describes their "work" is not how someone on that house or cards would do it. They would make it a statement that the company no longer cares about diversity and the bad white man is taking over.
