Win!

You better get every bit of root out of the ground,or it will grow right back.Even burning it doesn't kill it fully.

My friends retired dad waged war on it at his place. 2 years later he declared it won. Every morning he went out and cut and burnt runners and shoots. That stuff is relentless.

So if you ever wanted to get back at a shitty neighbor, plant some of that stuff in the middle of the night?

This is what Artisan should be doing. It's his only hope. He'll either come out with his first halfway decent video, or a blackeyes and a paycheck.

I dont think Arti5an has the faculties to do this without crossing the line and getting himself in actual trouble.

I'm planning on getting one to work on the stupid bamboo that my idiot neighbor planted next to the bottom of my driveway. Shit's too tough for string to even faze it. None of it is bigger thatn an inch or two, should be easy pickins'... :smokin:

Bamboo = VC. It's guerilla warfare and you better be prepared to dig the entire property up to a dept of a few feet.

This..... Is the neighbor a friend or an asshole? If hes an asshole Id be going after his ass to remedy the issue at his cost. If its a friend Id tell him "hey asshole Ive got beer help me dig your fuckup out of the ground".

Meh... sorta indifferent. The bamboo is at the state road at the end of my driveway. That's almost 1/2 mile from my house. It was planted because my other neighbor (who IS an asshole) kept spying on the bamboo planter through her binoculars. She's a real kook. Bamboo neighbor put up a privacy fence, but other neighbor just elevated her spying position. That's when the bamboo got planted.

Only problem I have with it is that it's growing out into the driveway and every time we get winter weather it bows over into the driveway and tries to remove my mirrors and radio antennas from my Suburban. Bamboo neighbor said any bamboo on the road side of his fence was fair game, but the weather hasn't been cooperative when I had time to mess with it. That, and what the hell do I do with the cuttings to keep it from sprouting again? Can't burn it, been WAAAY too wet so far this year to burn >anything<... :mad3:

;n327299]bamboo is grass
glyphosate roundup type shit won't do it in?

It makes it sick, but doesn't really put the smackdown on it. It also kills >everything< else so now we have a serious erosion problem. Besides, other than encroaching into the road, I couldn't care less. It's 1/2 a mile from my house, and isn't getting closer at a rate I'm worried about.

Good to see some governments have a sense of humor and will honor a naming contest when it goes silly.

12,000 sq ft garage belongs here. Some random guy on FB.

There's several other rooms, this is just a small portion. The entire basement is 12,000 sq ft and the floors all concrete throughout. Unfortunately just short ceilings throughout at 8ft and lots of posts everywhere. Guess it's hard to design for automotive use when they weren't even invented at the time of the building construction!

....

the basement spans the full width and length of the building. The entire building is 48,000 sq ft on multiple levels but our home is only in one part of the main floor comprising roughly 4000 sq ft. The rest is commercial space.
