Who are your Trump dream cabinet picks?

God they're just going full on now with this Russia, Russia, Russia, Putin, Putin, Putin shit again. It makes me so glad I voted for Trump. That's the part they just refuse to understand. Their idiot antics push people like me who really don't like Trump and would prefer not to vote for him to end up voting for him in large part because fuck you that's why. You can't just scream about people being puppets of a foreign government with no proof. You can't scream about threats to our democracy while refusing to have a democratic primary process. You can't appoint an awful candidate who five minutes ago you were openly talking about being a drag on Biden's reelection campaign and then immediately shift gears and praise her as if she's the greatest thing ever. It's all so obviously transparently complete fucking bullshit. They want to blame everyone else for their failures when it's all completely their fucking fault.
 
I honestly won't be surprised if Gaetz fails to get confirmed. He has no shortage of enemies on the R side of the Senate too.

It's funny but a lot of actual liberal minded people (not just party line toting Democrats) have been pointing out a lot of things Gaetz is good on that isn't necessarily in line with Republican party line stuff. Like y'all are doing a bunch of hand wringing but this guy isn't that far off from us on a lot of key issues.

Yes we know you love to see yourself as that and let everyone know. Say…all the independent thinkers were backing Trump before it was cool. They were the ones that ignored the naysayers and media that wrote him off as game show host fluke.

I didn't back Trump as much as the Dems just backed me into a corner of not being able to stomach a third party vote when they refused to have a democratic primary while lecturing about the end of democracy. There's a limit to the hypocrisy that I can stomach. :laughing:

I unironically think he should keep the black lesbian. She's objectively great at her job and the kind of person you want in a position like that. I mean she sucks as a citizen because she never gives a real answer on anything, but no one can get out of real questioning like she can. Plus it would make the liberal media heads spin having to try to go after a black lesbian with Trump in office. I know it would never happen, but it would be hilarious to watch.

Personally, I think that Gaetz pick is dumb.

There are smart people out there that can be just as ruthless and not obnoxious at the same time. Trump, intentionally or not, just poked a finger in the eye of a lot of people that he will need support from over the next 4 years. I am NOT saying go along to get along, but also pick you battles and your hills. Gaetz isn't a hill I would die for in any way.

Add in the cloud about him maybe fucking a 17 year old girl and being close friends with some questionable people, who are in prison, and this is a head-scratching move to me.

Being a Terminator like AG doesn't have to be an attention whore also.

I would have never picked Gaetz. It's a bad look all around.

Trump cant pick anyone out of those corrupt departments. Ethnics? LOL all those politicians are banging some chick behind closed doors or sniffing kids buts. Republicans have been a bunch of do-gooders, its time to mess things up and dish out the shit that was tossed at them. Now is more of the time to mix in some unethical admin around Trump. Payback time.

Politics is a long game. Not a short one.

Gaetz is toxic on both side. Should have gone with someone else that it isn't questionable of ever even being confirmed. I would join the lefties in wanting the investigation that was done before he resigned to by made public.

That or people keep forgetting that Trump has control of the GOP itself now which means he controls who they fund and endorse in elections. There's nothing stopping him from putting endorsements and funding behind opposition candidates when people who don't play ball come up for re-election.

Yep, some people haven't learned anything from the past. Republicans have always been nice, always accommodating, always losing ground to the left and now more than ever participating in the corruption of the left blurring any line there may have been.
Fuck em all, time to kick their teeth out and send them packing. It won't be pleasant, it will be uncomfortable for some but the scum needs to go.

I just don't see Gaetz as the guy. Many House republicans hate him over the Speaker ousting. Pretty much every dem hates him.

Again, add in the whole was he fucking a 17 year old, an investigation that ends before release cause he resigns (which IS a shady fucking rule regardless) and it's an unnecessary can of worms.

There HAD to be better options. Lots of humans in the USA. To think this was the best pick is mind boggling to me.
