Now it looks like an overgrown '98 Ranger.Finished installing the fender flares on the F250.
DMG had his panties in a knot that I didn't put tie downs in the Ranger bed.
Well little did he know that I replaced two of the sheetmetal crossmembers under the bed with 2x1/8 square tube and welded in sleeves for tie downs in addition to sleeves for the bed bolts.
I finally got around to drilling holes in the bed and liner today.
I've had eye nuts kicking around the floor all week but only bought bolts at TSC today. I'll post pics once I get them dropped in tomorrow.
Sweet,Whet wheeling!
First real tow with the Raptor, I was scared it was not going to be 1/2 the truck my old cummins was and can you really tow with a V6?
It was awesome and did just fine. The bronco is about 4300lbs the trailer, between 2-2500lbs. It got 11mpg.
Did some wheeling Santa didn't go so I didn't get any pics.
Unhooked the trailer and took the raptor on the race course.
If you've been waiting to get a raptor, STOP, go do it!
I don't live that close to San Francisco where I would want to drive a Subaru. :PTow 7k and catch a little air unladen Sound like shit a 2014 Outback can do and get double the fuel economy.
I drove it all day last Friday to move my son back home from college. The HPX regulated return is very noticeable upgrade on mine and seriously smoothed idle and rough running warm up.I rebuilt the Excursions fuel bowl. Tomorrow I’ll install new stainless lines and an HPX regulated return.
