WATCH LIVE: Hearing to decide if Fulton DA Fani Willis will be disqualified from Trump case

He was the best;
Concise, on-point, and direct.

He said the most with the fewest words.
He has his shit together for sure.

I also read the judge is running uncontested for reelection. The cutoff for someone to run against him is in 2 weeks, could be the reason for the 2 week delay for his verdict.

He was great. Also, I was on pins and needles waiting for him to turn the page .
I listened to closing arguments three times with three different lawyer/YT'ers.
Each time I got more and more of what his points were, in addition to said lawyer commentary.

Trump's attorney Steven Sadow was 2nd best.

The state's attorney was absolutely horrible.
After listening to him three times; I genuinely wondered if he was really a lawyer.
He sounded like a sov-cit; misinterpreting law/misinterpreting testimony/misrepresenting the case.
Not only were the lawyer/YT'ers questioning him; the sitting judge questioned him!

Judge: How does your case law apply here?
State attorney: ..................................silence.................................umm. :eek::lmao::homer:

Remember back in '05 during Hurricane Katrina, there was a black LA politician that personally accompanied a National Guard 6X6 go to his house and remove/load an upright fridge/freezer onto said 6X6?

It was caught on camera.

It turns out he had $90,000 wrapped in aluminum foil bricks hidden in it's freezer.:laughing::homer::shaking:

This is typical democrat behavior.

I have been following the DA Fani as my wife is obsessed with it but i'll give it that it's getting good. i think they're gonna have to pull her after the judge gest reelected.

i absolutely loved Fani's comment about the use of cell phone tracking. I bet there's going to be a line of lawyers opening up cases, for appeal, that she prosecuted using that tech.

My current theory on him: He's the newest guy there and the only one that's not (yet) corrupt that the defense wouldn't be able to dig up a whole bunch of shit on.

This is probably dead on accurate about him.

He's a scumbag.

One of the lawyer/YT'er I listen to researched him.
It was found in a previous case he pressured a defendant to testify the way the prosecution wanted, in turn, he'll make a pending felony charge go away.

Rather than seeking the truth; he and the prosecution was only looking for a conviction, a win.:mad3:

why stop if you never get punished.
Exactly. They have no incentive to do a good job and that's why they deserve zero respect and everyone should just tell the judge to go fuck himself as soon as they walk in. That will get you a bullshit hurt feelings charge to further extort money for the scam though

So she paid him six times the amount and there is no “special counsel” at that level. That was a made up title.

I just learned that Ashleigh Merchant is the attorney for Michael Roman, Trump co-defendant, not Trump. Might explain why Bradley was initially cooperative with her.

and they say Trump is corrupt.

I'm only an hour into the hearing.
There's tons of corruption already coming to light regarding Fani handling of state money and her hiring practices.:eek::laughing::shaking:

Merchant was way more relaxed in the environment and a little more free in how she could speak and answer questions. The "opposing side's" questions was painfully weak, once again.

I impressed with her. She seems like an outstanding attorney. Very organized, prepared, and knowledgeable.

This hearing was nice without all the rules and objections. All deets getting dropped!
