This whole case, it definitely feels that way. However his questions may actually be helping the defense make a stronger case. I don't see how he can't rule in favor of Team Trump. Guess we have to wait and see.
 
I'm catching up.
Trump's lawyer Steven Sadow is killing it.

Judge is being fair in questioning Sadow's points.
Just like he was when he kept overruling the state during the last hearing.

If you didn't know the history, I doubt you'd infer that from his questions. Seems like he's covering his ass and making sure everything is presented properly. This is probably the biggest case of his life and he knows every second of it is going to be scrutinized.

Yeah, they literally ban and replace moderators of sub reddits if they don't push out anybody that thinks different. They simply closed down every pro Trump sub just because it was pro Trump. Biggest echo chamber on the internet.

It's getting even worse. They just changed a bunch of back end shit to work off Google AI, recently killed all 3rd party apps, started forcing the app on phones, and are about to do an IPO to take the site public. Anything left worth looking at on there is about to go away.

That's an EXCELLENT analogy.:beer:

If he ends up disqualifying the DA and special prosecutor AND throwing out the case, there's a possibility said case could be challenged on appeal.

After hearing this prosecutor and the questions the judge is asking him, I can't see any way they don't get kicked.

Fani and his other sidekick are even slipping him notes while he's speaking. :lmao:
 
This is almost painful to watch. The prosecutor reminds me of this guy.

DU was back in the day. Was never a big reddit user. Sounds like i'm not missing anything.

Good point; no one has ever heard of them outside of GA.

GA indicted Trump under RICO Act claiming election interference.
Trump attorney team claims bullshit charges.
Said Trump team filed motion to disqualify the DA and special prosecutor on conflict of interest.
During hearing on Trump team motion, DA and special prosecutor lies about stuff while under oath.
Hearing ended today/judge will rule on motion in next couple weeks.

which is one reason why nothing will happen....

Just like Roberts saying "they'll riot" when they released an opinion a few years ago (cant' remember what the topic was)...

It's more important to keep status quo than to uphold truth and law.

The ruling is in 2 weeks, Someone pointed out that it doesn’t take 2 weeks to find her innocent, it takes 2 weeks to write a detailed and thorough opinion on why she should be removed.
