What's new

Vaccination mandates on the horizon.

Imagine leaving the union amd going private sector with the skillset they taught you before you put your time in. They would sue the fuck out of you.
There are strict rules about doing just that. And you’re right on the money.
Great argument point if it comes to that.

We now have schools districts putting their position in writing, in California, saying NO VACCINE mandate for the kids and they don't give a shit if you threaten funding or anything else. Your move, Newsom.

One Reagan and two Trump Judges made the ruiling.

-In their ruiling, the Judges cited a tweet by MSM re WH COS admiting Biden Admin was trying to circumvent Constitution to force people to be vaccinated.

-Only appeal now is thru Justice Alito to SCOTUS.

My son got the OSHA mandate email. He's IT at Bank of America.

Not sure what he's going to do. He just finished college (debt free) and bought a new car. Getting ready to move to a nicer place and enjoying his station in life.

Except these motherfuckers come along and keep pushing. I'm really hoping this OSHA mandate gets dropped.

The way I see this based on what I can find is now the only other way it can proceed is with an appeal in the Supreme Court

Any appeal on the 5th's stay will go through Alito. Thank God. Poopy pants could go after another state mandate challenge on another lawsuit to get in front of Barrett Kavanaugh which would be horrible with their current sidings. The commies always challenge unfavorable rulings and will shop a favorable judge kinda like bakeries.

Yes, the 5th's ruling is an official ruling ending the OSHA mandate.

Now, the FJB admin can appeal it to the SCOTUS, but they have to be willing to accept the case. Which, i would be surprised if they do. The SCOTUS has weighed in twice on the FJB admin's gross expansion of regulatory agencies powers (Twice heard the CDC moratorium) and both times they have written scathing and frankly, warning messages to the Biden admin that these continued expansion of powers is blatantly unconstitutional. The warning part is in reference to another case they may take up (not related to covid) that questions the entire premise of regulatory agencies as it violates a section of the constitution in reference to not allowing congress to delegate their powers to other entities.
Wouldn't surprise me if these people just ignore the ruling and proceed as if the Courts are irrelevant. They've gotten that bold.

On November 4th Greg was discharged after his three-month battle with COVID. He was on a ventilator and in a coma for six weeks.

“To see that at 28 that it hit me that way was pretty eye-opening,” he said.
Eye-opening – because he was vaccinated and healthy before all of this.

Every once and a while you hear about the random 25-35 year old in great health who dies of Covid. You would think they’d study these people more to see why that happens

But why? It happens every year with the flu and pneumonia, too. Sometimes it’s just our time to go.

Anyone hear anything about blood type being a big indicator as to how well you fight it off? All these stories of 20 year olds having a huge battle, and then you see a fat 65 year old who had it and never knew.

I get all different stories from all different people. My symptoms were about four hours; three of which I was asleep. /shrug

my wife has done only unscientific research on this... she thinks A+- are the worst hit.

But it's the O+'s that get bit by mosquitoes 2:1.

I'm A+. Mosquitoes and fleas bite me only if I'm the only blood within 5 miles.

Posted in thread # 73 just now that I never had any symptoms if I even had it?:homer:

Im a- and lost my taste and smell for 3 days, maybe a stuffy nose.

A+ here. If I had covid, it was the rash type, back around April/May. No other symptoms.

I'm always being eaten... but that puts it in perspective
