Og irate
Maybe an absolutely horrible idea but what about calling up the lawer already working on it and asking whats up.
I received a few versions of the trust from that attorney so yes he is representing her and hence the trust.
The amendments are the same date, but say different things and the one you care about was dated a year earlier?? HUH?Same, latest just has the amendment that put me back in as 50% beneficiary.
Precious trust sent 1 year earlier should have as the amendment was signed by both trustors, prior to eithers death.

Not a trust or probate attorney, thanks but no cigar.

One of the people from the securities firms mentioned that she was using that method.

FOR FUCK SAKE PAE
Stop with the cryptic, non english responses. Can't you take the time to write out a rational, understandable response to more people then 1 partially idiotic response to one person followed by the same to another?
Regarding WHICH version of the trust. Don't add bullshit information YOU THINK you know. List what the dates of the "amendment" and the trust itself. Write what that amendment actually says.
Don't go into things you think you know, because reading this thread YOU KNOW NOTHING PAE. Stop injecting your opinion about your sister, about what her "intentions" are, etc. Respond with facts YOU KNOW and go from there.
I swear, his sister is probably on some forum bitching about her freeloading, loser brother who has been living off their parents in a house of theirs and hasn't worked for 4 years. How it's gone off the deep end into conspiracy theories and she just needs to get his freeloading ass out of the house so she can settle the estate and wash her hands of him forever. (to me, this seems like the more plausible scenario the more I read of this trainwreck)
Usually there will also be a date in relation to the signature....so that would be the date/version you would want to read and understand. One should have later a revision date if there was an amendment made. Yes they may both have the same originating date, but you need to only focus on the one with the latest revision date.
I might pitch in if she looks good. 😂Pics of PAE's sister? Maybe this thread can be saved
I might pitch in if she looks good. 😂
I'm here for the popcorn and it's being delivered by the carnival sized bag. What if the sister is the “good guy” in this situation?
This is like a bad flashback to the early days of Ashke...thank God he's turning his life around. It's gonna be hard for an old dog like PAE...but man, you gotta take the hand up in advice someday. You posted this shit. Quit fighting it.
Have a consultation tomorrow am.
I think I've suggested this...Ya know, before signing over half of whatever you're likely entitled to to a lawyer that may not even be necessary, maybe give the estate attorney a call and ask them what's going on? Ya know, the whole - "he represents the estate, not your sister" thing?
He does not represent me, he has made that clear in writing.
Then he is not s representative of the trust, he's HER lawyer. You ask for help and then argue and post cryptic messages that we have to read between the lines to understand becsuse you apparently cannot form 2 consecutive coherent thoughts that are related to the same subject. He does not represent me, he has made that clear in writing.
Not usually in a trust situation. When the current successor trustee hires an attorney, that attorney is representing them, and assisting in the implementation of the trust. When I became the successor trustee of my parent's trust, a letter was sent to my brother and sister telling them the attorney I hired with the trust's money, works for the current successor trustee (me) and if they had any issues they needed to hire their own attorney. That's the way it works. It's too bad because she is a great attorney and now they can't use her for anything, ever.If he is being paid by the trust, he represents the trust, which is neither you nor your sister, you fucking potato. If your sister is using the trust to pay him as her personal attorney, they she's violating the law and you need to follow the advice that Grendel's given you about twenty hundred times already.
Is this really the third thread created by PAE, and still nothing is being done and no really knows what's going on??
OK, so this one is 11 pages of WHAT THE FUCK!!??I believe the second. He did the go fund me one first, the after some sound advice and a bunch of ridicule, it got deleted.
I created the second, offering more sound advice and some ridicule.
Then he created this one and someone renamed it for him for accuracy.
So two by him, and one by me.
Trust has same dates it's only the amdt that has a different date of 12/20/2019.
Trust dates start in the late 1980's and end up in 2010.
This thread is the same as the first, title just got modifiedI believe the second. He did the go fund me one first, the after some sound advice and a bunch of ridicule, it got deleted.

very likely. What if the sister is the “good guy” in this situation?
Maybe so, but we're a bunch of nosy bastards that love to get up in other peoples shit. Love you guys, but I doubt I'd be coming here for advice in a similar situation.very likely.
this is what I have thought this whole time.
PAE is a PROVEN liar and general nutcase.
Why anyone here is taking his side is a bit shocking to me.
