Seems like one could easily look up the tax records on the property and see who actually owned/owns it. But that would require more than just asking for handouts on IBB.So she was given the property in the trust?

Cover the personal info with paper and take a pic with your potatoeI cant edit out the details on the cheezy phone I'm on and the last computer I owned burnt up when the shop burned down.
Oh, I'm sure that's the case, but PAE keeps mis-stating things, so who knows ar this point.trust got the property, she has control over the trust.
trust still owes 50/50 split on distribution, doesn't matter if she spends her half on a dog rescue and that is the "sole" reason she wants to liquidate.

That is BS.NO in trust law the trustee is the ultimate owner of everything thats in the trust.
You keep saying that, as though your sis wants to drag this out for years. Does she?And there is no basis in law for how long the distribution is limited to take.
LOL, not if she has shit up for sale and is pulling out stocks/bonds...You keep saying that, as though your sis wants to drag this out for years. Does she?
Have you attempted to communicate with her?Dont know as she hasnt communicated with me in over a year,
Could the attorney just be to make sure she doesn't screw up the trust?and she has an attorney.
So hey, ask her attorney to dissolve the trust in accordance with CA law?Dont know as she hasnt communicated with me in over a year, and she has an attorney.
Post 233 in this threadWhat California law ?
The ones posted. You know, laws on trusts, that control everything she can do?What California law ?
New thread title is accurate.
Can a sovereign citizen be a beneficiary of a trust?
Also you haven’t worked for 4 years . You say you have a wife. Does she work? What have you been doing during the last 4 years to buy food to eat?
even more important, is his name spelled in all capital letters on the documents?Does the flag in the court room have gold fringe on it? Because that means the court is null and void
Reading between the lines, it sounds like PAE has trashed the place because everytime he posts about it, he says she wants to get him out, sell some securities to bring the place back up to standards to get current market value to sell off along with the other property to then disolve the trust after disposing of the hard assets. As I said in the very first thread after PAE claimed to pay the taxes and maintenance the last few years out of pocket, to put a lein against the house or at minimum supply receipts to the trust to recoup those expendatures to pay for his lawyer.

But that house is already listedI think she wants the money to fix a different property in LA and sell it. Then take the proceeds to buy another place and help her dog kennel whatever.
If she runs off with several million, so do you. From wifes watching her FB and Twitter accounts shes been liking some real spendy houses, not like that's evidence but it could be showing an intent if she runs off with several million.
