Oh, I'm sure that's the case, but PAE keeps mis-stating things, so who knows ar this point.

Reading between the lines, it sounds like PAE has trashed the place because everytime he posts about it, he says she wants to get him out, sell some securities to bring the place back up to standards to get current market value to sell off along with the other property to then disolve the trust after disposing of the hard assets. As I said in the very first thread after PAE claimed to pay the taxes and maintenance the last few years out of pocket, to put a lein against the house or at minimum supply receipts to the trust to recoup those expendatures to pay for his lawyer.

I think she wants the money to fix a different property in LA and sell it. Then take the proceeds to buy another place and help her dog kennel whatever.
