Trust issues in CA. Haven't read any of the laws

100% I've sat in enough depositions, and had to talk to enough attorney's, this is not the group I'd come to for that kind of help.


Dragging my junk off the trail or helping my kid broke down on the side of the road sure.

Looking back at the start of this thread you win this round. I see no mention of go fund me so either posts were deleted or it’s a new thread they changed the title to.

I was drinking too, but if I remember right, he posted one with a fucked up thread title and no information at all and put the red 'help' tag on it, was told that wasn't the right use for that tag and the title was misleading, so he deleted it. I think you put one up in the interim and then he posted a new one.

I had a friend in elementary school. He was basically a latch key kid. Dad was supposedly HA, sold lots of drugs, did lots of bad shit, but sent his kids to private school. Made sure there was always food in the house. Kept most of the business away from the house etc.

Anyway, Chris, lived in his own world of believed reality. He didn't know what he didn't know even though it was very apparent to everyone around him. He never learned some basic knowledge and got deep into conspiracy theory. Chris died up by PAE, I wish I could have helped him.
 
What I have learned from these PAE threads….



Ask a question when I am in dire need of assistance.

Then never EVER give a decent answer or quality information.

This will allow everyone else to froth at the bit to give great advise, over and over again.

The longer I sit back, the better the info becomes. Just need to have a little thicker skin.

(Just don’t ever start my own Meme thread, that shits wrong)

Then stopped and erased it all because I realized I was dumb enough to take the bait, like everyone else, again.

Wait, so now there are provisions of the trust that you are/were supposed to abide by?

Some common ones:

If you sue or contest the trust, you are out.
Must be gainfully employed
Must be attending college/ or continuing education
Must graduate
etc.


So, we can’t see this top secret trust, but what provisions are in there that may invalidate your claim to trust assets?

Feel free to reply with more than 5 words and one sentence.

Interested, hypothetically, what violating your position in the trust would be?

Maybe it's leaving the trust property to make another property your primary residence?

My mother had a living trust drawn up to equally distribute assets between myself and my 2 sisters. My eldest sister is a hot mess and my mother knew this. There was a stipulation in the trust that if she contested anything or tried to throw any kind of a legal monkey wrench in the works then she would get nothing. Pretty simple and straight forward. The OP is freaking out for absolutely no reason and im of the opinion that HE may be the hot mess in this situation that the trust is in place to keep inline.

OP, you have been given all the good advice you could possibly get here....this aint rocket science. Good luck.

He posted a go fund me originally and completely misused the “HELP” tag to gain attention. I deleted the thread and he started a new one.

Just out of curiosity, and granted I haven't read the whole thread, but what has caused you to not have a job for the last 4 years? As somebody that busts my ass on the daily, I'm always curious why some don't?

This thread has been good for me to solidify why I'm busting my hump and preparing for the future in many ways. I never want to be stuck in the position of fighting for dead people's money.
