So i just heard what the actual charge was. Falsifying business records to influence an election.

Cough Security experts that said that the hunter laptop was russian disinformation but hunter's legal team is using it in his defense.

Like posted above, how many states will remove him from the ballot.

If they don’t fuck him that way, today just earned him a ton more supporters imo.

Never liked him, always thought he was a POS (back to the 80's when he was a democrat) thru the bankruptcies and all of the shit that went down in South Jersey in AC,

It always strikes me when people call celebreties being prosecuted as PERSECUTION (Weinstein, Brittany, Spacey, Trump) when the more likely truth is that the shit is finally catching up with them and they will try them on everything they can.

Around here we often use FAFO.... FA too much and you WILL FO.

This isn't a political post. I just hate Trump, not the conservative positions. More originalist and libertarian (though not the current candidate). I see no one on the political horizon I want to vote for.

More a Heinleinian Rational Anarchist.

Anyway.. FAFO.

The Second is almost as bad as the Ninth for having their decisions overturned by the SCOTUS. Like I said in a previous post though, it's most likely this gets appealed directly to the SCOTUS and it's likely they take up the case. There's not enough time for this to play out in the standard process before November. It's rare that they choose to hear a case before it plays out in a lower court, but they do have the option and it does get used in special circumstances like this.

Looks like from X there’s a Dem bill being crafted to strip his Secret Service protection. Biden campaign has already labeled Trump as a felon. Will get a George Floyd type greeting in cities?
