when you have crimes that were created for you
never before seen charges
A judge that was picked that was not even part of the judge rotation for that court
Is the same judge on two other trump cases
witnesses not allowed to testify
resurrected dead misdemeanors upgraded to felonies

They did this to an ex-president. What could they do to us.

Don't forget the charges were past the statue of limitations as well.

Im sorry, you were thinking the rules mattered? All we will hear is "OMG! Felon!" as justification to remove him from the ballot. It was tried before and rolled back because the trial hadnt happened yet. Now, he was "Found Guilty!" and certainly cant be allowed to be president. I cannot add enough sarcasm on this shit.

I am positive Maine, Michigan, Colorado and others will be in the news over the upcoming months about dropping him from the Ballot or disqualifying him or not counting votes for Trump cause it is not proven that orange man is actually bad like they have said all along.
 
Going to be interesting to see how fast this makes it to the SCOTUS. It's likely Trump's attorneys will ask to have them skip the appellate court due to the timeframe with the election and it's likely they'll agree. Can see Dems losing their shit saying the Court he appointed is corrupt and using it as justification for more bullshit.
 
IT does not matter. Damage is done. This is what they wanted. Now it's up to the people. Hopefully they are pissed off enough to vote for him.

the REALLY sad part about this is that now any two bit local DA will be able to accuse any ex-president on FEDERAL charges where they have no jurisdiction or for pretty much anything. Lawfare is now a legal tactic. This will go back and forth.

Lawyers now run this country.

Biden will use this to not debate him.

Honestly, I don't care anymore. I have no kids. This will scare the best and brightest away from politics. I feel bad for the rest of you who are younger and have kids and will have to deal with the fallout of this if biden wins again. We are now a joke worldwide.

Just a sad day for the country.

If this is a happy day for you then just remember it when your side gets prosecuted for the same sham rules and charges.
