Same court but I'd bet a different judge...

The Appeals court lowered the bond in the civil case but the appeal hasn't taken place so that story isn't finished over the bond hassle, just means that the sentence is delayed until it takes place not that its over.

When he appeals this recent case he is still be a felon, sentencing isn't until July and wont be over until the case is reversed or he is acquitted on appeal. That also means he has to be in court for sentencing and the appeals so impacting his campaign. My understanding is that all these court dealings are costing him roughly $80-90k/day in legal fees and hassles...
