TRUMP INDICTMENT

I watched him read that.
I swear it was the first time he had seen it or he's really that stupid. A junior high schooler would have done a better job reading it.
:lmao:
Kind of like Joe reading a teleprompter....

Send in a washed-up actor to prop Joetato up.

The dancing, entertainment monkey seems to have forgotten (as do many) that he is only a dancing, entertainment monkey.

While entitled to have and even express an opinion....he still a dancing, entertainment monkey, and his opinion should be viewed and qualified in that light.

Same thing goes for pro sports players.

The people gave him his platform, can you blame him for using it? :homer:

Celebrity worship is something I do not understand. We would certainly be better off without it.

This. Dinero is a fucking moron. He plays pretend for a living and probably has the IQ of a kumquat, and if he wasn't good at playing pretend (he even kind of sucks at that) he would be cleaning toilets at an Indiana rest stop at the peak of his employment.

well.... is he going to get convicted? spend time in jail? whats the predictions?

In New York, with this judge, definitely convicted.

I don't see jail time happening.
I see a hung jury. They are not even clear on what the charges are. they have not named the crime yet. Some will convict based on hatred and some will not based on trump. I would be very surprised if he is acquitted.

One thing that i did hear is that they are saying planting false stories and killing others is campaign interference. When does hillary and the DNC go on trial for the dossier?

bold move making politics illegal.

except we all know its only illegal for one party.

He's not getting convicted. All they have to do is convince one juror that it's reasonably conceivable that he could've been at least partially motivated by not wanting his wife to find out he was banging a pornstar behind her back.

I think it's only illegal to interfere with politics if you claim it as a legal expense on your taxes, or something like that.

I've been listening on and off most of the day and I still have not heard what the actual charges are. NYC and the Feds declined to prosecute this 4-5 years ago because there was nothing there. Then if I understand it bragg attached election interference to the improper accounting charge which brings it up to a felony and takes it out of the statute of limitations area. I'm not a huge fan of trump. He was a better president than I thought he would be, I do wish he would shut up sometimes but out of the two I think he will do the best. I think this is a sham trial. judge is compromised because of his daughter. If this were reversed and trump was a dem and the judge a repub with a daughter that worked as a repub fundraiser the media would be up in arms.

Either way THIS trial will be over soon. I'm sure they have more stuff coming down the pipe.

That jury is hand picked. The scam system is going to get their predetermined outcome

so you're going with convicted and no jail time then?
I think in any sane world throwing the entire thing out couldn't be more of a no brainer. But we're in fucking clown world and NY has already ruled in one case in the absolute most retarded way possible with zero regard for the consequences of said ruling, so who fucking knows. It could easily go either way.

I think both judges in the NY cases should be thrown the fuck off the bench, disbarred, and then hung in public. Same with the judge in the recent gun case where she flat out said the Second doesn't exist in her court room.

Saying an amendment doesn't exist in your courtroom should demand immediate dismissal. That's way above your pay grade no matter what you might think personally. Let's go ahead and free your time up to do all the activism bullshit you wanna do but you gotta GTFO the bench.

It's so blatant I think it warrants at a minimum prison time. There's zero excuse for it after years of law school, let alone the real world experience it takes to become a judge in most cases.

Srrrrrrry as are others. When is the expected verdict, the end ?

A lot of these people think they ARE the law. They can just do whatever they want in "their" courtroom. They're judge, jury, and executioner inside those four walls. And honestly, they basically are. There's very rarely any repercussions for them and it's up to the person getting fucked over to secure an appeal or other legal avenue toward legal fairness which at best means a lot of time and money. If the state loses a case I honestly think the defendant should be reimbursed for his legal expenses and time he had to forfeit to defend himself from charges that couldn't stick.

Yeah, it's the same thing with cops. You're supposed to be an impartial arbiter of the law. You chose that as a profession, you trained and worked for it. As a result you should be held to a higher standard and the consequences for throwing that aside for your personal gain, ego, etc should be harsh enough to serve as an example to your peers. It's one thing to make a mistake or forget something, it's another to outright ignore the law you're there to uphold and serve.

Trump is charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records to hide a $130,000 hush-money payment made to Stormy Daniels, who alleged that she had an affair with him.

The charges are clear. What's unclear is whether or not Trump committed a crime.
