TRUMP INDICTMENT

it sounds like, from what I have read, that you are right. Except, you gotta declassify them while you are president, not after. Maybe the crux of the court proceedings will be when he declassified them. Also, once they are declassified, we can file FOIA requests for the data. A local paper near me (the Pine Cone) filed one for those documents to discover they have not been declassified.
Previous federal courts have ruled that documents taken and claimed as personal are not classified.

"The president’s authority to retain personal records, as well as his rights to access his presidential records, make it impossible to prosecute him under the Espionage Act section at issue here, § 793(e), because the government cannot prove “unauthorized possession,” as required under the statute."

Yeah, but, there's a process to declassify them that he didn't follow. Or so several people in this thread have claimed, but can't actually articulate what that process is.
There is a process that for some reason was not offered to him. Normally NARA packs presidential documents, stores and sorts them for around 6 mo after president leaves. Apparently this service was not offered to Trump, and staffers pretty much put things in boxes last minute and shipped it. There is some conjecture that this whole court case is the exact reason that NARA didn't offer their services.

Hey .. law dog... Law don't go round here, savy?

It's because we don't have a court, we have a scam. Your outcome in a trial has more to do with who you're friends with a how much you can pay than if you're innocent or guilty. As long as judges and prosecutors aren't tarred and feathered for stupidity, it will always be that way

It will be interesting to see if he actually does any of that time. How about 6 months of home arrest?

Two months at club fed because he's actually a fed to "show" he was punished. That's how gov agents get covered up. In a couple years it's expunged when everyone has forgotten. He did his job.

Well, I don't know WTF was going on last night, but I put shit back together and it's all working again.

Two theories:
A chunk of hard clay made it in to the line at the repair and plugged it up. Sitting over night gave it enough time to hydrate and got flushed through when I powered the pump back up tonight.

Or, the pump somehow majorly overloaded and needed more time than normal to reset.....and is likely going to die for good soon.

Whatever. Shit's back together, wires are mended and the hole is backfilled.

Side note: I used the shower in the guest house last night and forgot how much better the water pressure is up there. Much bigger difference when the well is only 100' or so from the house. :shaking:
I think you are in the wrong thread

House arrest where he is free to leave and travel at will......

Is this the same FBI that Trump himself put in place in putting Wray in command? :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

That must be something else. :shaking:

Wouldn't you like to know who his advisors were? Remember people getting fired all the time? Yeah that was them. It's too bad we had a guy trying to fix shit and he couldn't trust his own party. It's too bad neither party has the countries best interest at heart. It's too bad stupid people blame Trump because they believe the msm when they tell them he was and will be a dictator.

"FBI lost count of how many paid informants were at Capitol on Jan. 6, and later performed audit to figure out exact number: ex-official"
