That is indeed a problem, but it's not this problem.

This is the party in power jailing political enemies when they question the government.

There were no laws broken here. A guy questioned an election, which was fraught with rule changes and corruption, and they indicted him for it.

Yes and no. It's always hard to prove mental intent, because clearly there aren't mind reading machines. It'll be proven from his actions. Whether or not they can prove it remains to be seen, it'll certainly be extremely challenging. For instance, proving attempted murder is much harder than murder itself. Someone being dead is helpful to prove intent to kill.

Logistically, I can't imagine how challenging it will be to pick an impartial jury in this regard. A unanimous verdict in a completely unbiased jury would be hard, but add in the human reality of it, and it seems to be perhaps the most challenging conviction to acquire of all time, perhaps.

How much of that is just vocally keeping up appearances vs what might happen alone in a polling booth.

People are for now likely to change their minds quietly than they are to openly admit to someone they were wrong about something.

I think the voters are developing voter apathy, and while they were excited to vote against Trump, they now need to have the motivation to vote for Biden, and I don't expect to see the same excitement.

this is the mother fucker of it all. if trump can win the nod for rep.... then fuck no not biden but then who. this is where a crystal ball that can see 6 months / 12 months and 2 years would be nice. its a shit show for sure....

Ironically I think their best chance to retain power right now is to run RFK Jr and have him killed later. I don't even mean that as a joke either.

They have absolutely no one worth a shit to run. Newsome as much as he sucks has the charisma enough to bullshit the public any other time, but he's got a temper and I think all Trump has to do is point at California right now to set him off.

It really doesn't matter anymore. DeSantis, Trump....or anyone else. Biden got more votes than Obama in either election. Anyone that actually believes that Biden won doesn't have two living brain cells to spark an original thought. They are only going by what they've been feed. Twit for example.

They have proven beyond doubt (any means necessary) that they will take an election...any election.

Our election system has failed us. Our justice system in all regards has failed us. The ship has been commandeered and wither we like it or not, theres only one way to get it back. Take it as it was taken.

Once you learned how to cheat, margins don't matter, it's just a number.

And I think it's the COURT system that failed us.

When the court refused to look at or acknowledge evidence, what's the point of gathering it.

Congress failed us long before the courts did. Congress has the authority to restructure the courts and they're supposed to keep the appellate courts in line and structured as needed to match the population, but Congress hasn't created a new court since the 9th was created in 1891 and they haven't touched the courts period since the 1960s.

This has allowed the courts to be used to overwhelm the SCOTUS and allow blatantly unconstitutional laws to not only remain on the books, but establish legal precedent in their doing so.

But you don't even hear this talked about, let alone campaigned on, but Congress could completely restructure the lower court system tomorrow if they wanted.

The SCOTUS ( a Trump court) flat out refused standing, in a lawsuit between states. The WHOLE reason the court was established was about disputes between states. There was 100% standing. That's not congress, that's a broken court system.

(remember the constitution didn't design the court for Judicial Review. That was established by Marbury v Madison)

Good points both. Making the jump from him spouting off a bunch of nonsense to him being at fault for inciting the Jan 6th riot, and that's all it was, a simple riot, not an attempt to overthrow the government like the media and justice department want us all to believe. Good luck in proving sedition.

Anyone you want, but I think right here, we're going to walk down to the Capitol, and we're going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women, and we're probably not going to be cheering so much for some of them.

Because you'll never take back our country with weakness. You have to show strength and you have to be strong. We have come to demand that Congress do the right thing and only count the electors who have been lawfully slated, lawfully slated.

I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.

Do you think this actually works out for trump? He gets to re-litigate election fraud in court and because of the broad working (defraud america) he could bring in the dirty dossier and fisa warrants as attempts to defraud america.

I also think we are a day or two away from "anonymous" leaks from dems concerened about hunters charges and bidens age/fitness appearing in the MSM. This hunter stuff is piling up and they are getting worried

They just killed a guy who cooked for Obama for 15 years. They killed Joan Rivers because she said Michelle Obama was a tranny. Seth Rich was shot because he leaked the DNC emails.
