Trump indicated for election interference

Ive seen more rowdy crowds at concerts than Jan 6.

The closet libtards are on another rant about Trump I see.

How can you expect a Republican candidate that cant even beat Trump for the nomination to do better than Trump……If only we can get someone besides Trump maybe we can swing democrats over or they will just stay home…What a pussy loser outlook on life. And foolish given how polarized the nation is.

This is the type of division I'm not sure the nation will survive. To Trump supporters, anyone who doesn't make every excuse for him and practically worship him is a "libtard". To the anti-Trumpers, anyone who doesn't condemn Trump as basically being the greatest threat humanity has seen since Hitler is a "Trumper". To these two groups of idiots, there's no gray area. You're all in or all out. It's a really dumb way to view the world.

As for the election question, that's where we are as a country. The better positioned you are to win a primary, the worse positioned you are to win a general election. The DNC sidesteps the problem by rigging their primary which they were forced to admit in court and the courts horrifyingly agreed they had the right to do it. The Dems scream about threats to our democracy while sidestepping actual democracy. The Republicans completely lost their party to a cult of personality by letting actual democracy play out. Damn, we're fucked.

Or there could be a group horrified that we have become a country that prosecutes people for political belief and turns a blind eye to election fraud. We have lost a balanced media and journalism, and we let a two tiered justice system remain. You van dislike Trump if you wish, but the assault on him judicially should be universally condemned.

"Big difference."

???

Ruby ridge, etc was initiated by the feds. “Big difference” between what we are talking about re jan6.

Hence my question if you’re sure the feds did not start jan6

Honestly, I think he should bear some legal responsibility for riling up a crowd of idiots and then refusing to try to talk them down even as his inner circle asked him to do just that. I think Joe Biden should be indicted for his Ukraine and China dirty business. Half of Congress should be indicted for insider trading. We're ruled by a criminal political class.

How could he talk them down? His main form of communication (Twitter) was cut off for several hours that day.

I'm not. But speaking specifically about the chick that got shot here, she was crawling through the broken window of a barricaded door in the Capitol building guarded by armed men asking her to stop. What would you honestly expect the outcome of that to be? It's practically suicide by cop.

I’ll ask again… are you sure that Jan 6 was not started by the feds?

Are you sure it was a riot?

No, I'm not sure the Fed agitators didn't start it. Yeah, I watched a riot on TV. I'm sure most of the folks there were (as the Dems call them) "mostly peaceful protesters" but there were plenty of legit rioters there too.

Tv also shows cities burning while reporting them as mostly peaceful protests… never calling them a riot.

Juxtapose the two, please.

After what I saw over the course of 2020, a bunch of boomers parading around is hardly a riot.

"you can't overthrow the government with AR's" - President Potato, also a bunch of unarmed boomers almost usurped democracy.

They're both riots. That the media calls one a "mostly peaceful protest" and the other an "insurrection" is just proof of their bias and motive.

Agree that media pushes a bias.

Don’t agree that we can call both a riot

I remember seeing the footage that was released, it was frightening, was like a self guided tour without a map. Things getting knocked over and people settling them back up absolute bedlam it was.

The guy with the Viking hat and no shirt getting a tour by security.

we voted our way into this shit

or at least our ancestors did in the mid 19th then solidifying it in the early 20th
We fought our way out of this same crap, though….

We fought our way out of this same crap, though….
by crossing an ocean and escaping the existing powers through a combination of remoteness and their occupation with more local issues
in a time when agents of the state were tarred and feathered fairly commonly

hopefully we get into space soon

by crossing an ocean and escaping the existing powers through a combination of remoteness and their occupation with more local issues

Then…
And the after people were already here.

As long as most people have food on their plates and a roof over their head they're just gonna keep showing up to the polls voting for the same Democrats and Republicans that got us into this shit and bitching about how nothing ever changes.

Spare the pearl clutching on division.

There is no middle ground to be had with the left or the corruption thats currently taking place.

Hanging out in the gray areas of issues that have clear lines in the sand doing fuck all and pointing fingers at Trump and turning a blind eye is even dumber.

You may not be a libtard but you sound like one, so dont be upset if people dont care to make the distinction.

Honestly, I do think you're unintentionally partially right. The only way to fix this mess might be to fence the wingers off and let them fight it out to the death, then shoot the winners.

But seriously, the folks on the other fence think this same exact way about you and yours. The fucked up thing is you're both right about each other.

If you think I'm only pointing fingers at Trump you haven't been paying attention.

At Ruby Ridge and Waco the Feds were the aggressors. Big difference. There were a shit ton of Feds in the crowd. I don't doubt that a bit. Some of the Capitol police let folks in and even led them around. We've all seen the videos. But that lady got shot because she was powerfully stupid. If you're trying to climb through the broken window of a barricaded door guarded by armed men yelling st you to stop... I mean, that's basically just suicide by coo at that point. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes type of deal.

They shot an unarmed chick when there was 2 cops in full battle rattle within an arms length of her in the corridor. If she was a threat why didn't they shoot her, or anyone else standing around there?

It was a bad shoot. The guy came out from his cover to point blank engage her. Shit, he could have hit her with a haymaker and knocked her cold or literally anything else. But he chose to fire at her with a crowd behind and several cops in the immediate area.

Bad dumb shoot. But of course the dems were going to let him off.

Here's the test, and answer honestly. If it was a white cop that shot a black BLM/abortion protestor in the capital, would be free to walk? Answer that honestly
