Trump announcing VP pick today

Well it’s msm what do you expect. Is funny that they all have the same playbook, ask question get answers and frame it as what you want. “So what you’re saying is” same with Jordan Peterson and that bbc news chick.

Of course. It’s a playbook. And not just if the media… any debate.

But the media should have a hypocritical oath, of sorts… unfortunately, they don’t

He’s very good at sparring with the media, although I don’t know if trump would want to let the spotlight off of himself.
I don't think there is as much truth to that anymore. Trump has to be getting worn out on dealing with it. A more vocal VP that will take shots from/at the media has the opportunity to maybe allow Trump to be more focused and stay sharp. Possibly revisit some of the things he wanted to get done the first go round and try to clean up the past four years. Sans 2A stuff and COVID times, I like 45 on policies foreign and domestic. All the while parrying shots and countering with the media. Pence was going to be a quiet VP, that was just as intentional as I believe picking someone that wants to have and show a voice is his pick this time.

Hell, maybe Trump just wants to go out with a winning record and coast through the next four years. Be another do nothing President and go out up 2-1.

Interesting fact about Vance for the Vivek crowd. Vance was at Yale Law with Vivek, they even had beers together. So . . . . .. . looking forward for the Republican Party front trenches are two young, very energetic and aggressive active life forces, politically and socially aligned that already know each other from youth a decade ago. That seems like a better scenario than we all could have imagined. Contrast for a quick second the assholes they will be replacing - McConnel, Graham, Haley etc. . . . . Is there still a Bush in politics ? :flipoff:
