Stuck trespassing semi vs pissed off homeowner with a backhoe!

I`m not one to call the police being as I have questionable morals and no regard for my own well being but the scared little fella shoulda called the cops and pressed charges, and got the EPA on the phone about that cleanup site the tractor douche just created, and he definitely has some PTSD from being attacked with that tractor so he should probably call a lawyer too.

I think the biggest mistake he made and continues to make is he wasting the air a good person could be enjoying . Worthless , nutless Bastard . If he was such a bad ass , why didn’t he jerk the driver out and throw some hands with him . Because is was scared ! We are all capable of getting in a tight spot . Those who are not , are a bunch of punk ass liars . There is no way , busting up the guys shit is the right thing to do to settle the turn around issue !

I’m not putting up fences, gates or anything thing else to keep these worthless fuck truckers from tearing up my shit. I wouldn’t have done what this guy did, but I don’t blame him. Fuck every single trucker that tore his shit up. Every.single.one.

He was scared? You must have a different definition of scared where you live. I think it takes a pretty big set of balls to run forks through the radiator, intercooler, condenser and possibly a transmission cooler and more than likely the fan and various components on the engine while the guy is sitting in the truck. I'd say if anything, he has balls too big for his own good, but either way it worked out for him.

Justified or not backhoe guy is a dick. And now everybody knows where his business is. Don’t be surprised when people are dicks back and ventilate his building with projectiles.
 
The trucker could of said sorry i will get my own tow and sorry for the damage i might of caused. Nope, push me out, because it will cost me nothing lol. I guess he was wrong twice that day.
 
Not something I would do, but I understand why he'd be pissed.

In a way it's probably smart - idiot driver is going to have to call in the his company and explain how that happened, which may actually make them do something about the problem. Pulling him out or blocking the road doesn't.
 
I’m a duck but would be getting money out of the deal. Call cops, get some tickets or something issued, file a damage claim. You can see that is yard. Get estimates from the most expensive landscaping place in town. I agree nothing will get in the way of stupid. Might as well get paid well for your troubles, I would harass the hell out of the cops to make sure citations are issued,

I’ll give it to the guy for just going for the fun side.

The farmer I worked for growing up had a road next to a river crossing where the bridge was out. At least two big rigs would barrel down it and jacknife their load every year. Mainly hay haulers. I saw a lot of over turned loads working there. We just let them figure it out.
